We arrived on a Monday. Luckily, I called again the week before and was told that Monday was a day off and that the room key was in a basket next to the front door. Positive for us, as the check-in time was very flexible and we didn't have to stress. However, if you don't know that, you'll look pretty stupid.When we arrived in the very rustic room, we immediately noticed a small thing that was very positive, because after a week on vacation in the North Sea, the fly screen in one of the windows was a huge blessing.However, that was almost it in terms of positive aspects in the room. The furnishings were functional, clean and tidy, only the bed was very creaky.At breakfast we had to wait until a pot of coffee was handed over from the neighboring table, until then there was simply none. The breakfast on the first morning had a sufficient variety, on the second morning it was more the leftovers from the previous day.The replenishment, especially of bacon and eggs, was also pretty slow. The fruit was no longer the freshest and you had the feeling that only one person took care of the entire breakfast.When checking out you had to be lucky to find that one person in the breakfast rush.All in all, it's OK for just overnight stays, but nothing more.

Substandard condition of the rooms. And that has been the case for years. Simple standard ok, but functional maintenance and repairs are non-existent. Here the cow is milked until she falls over.

Really a nice little guesthouse with a great atmosphere by the water. We spent three beautiful, warm autumn days here. We ate roast wild boar and dinner in the restaurant. Zander fillet, good and rich. Price-performance ratio is completely okay. Breakfast was also delicious. All recommended.Ps: a drinks machine for the rest days wouldn't be bad

Anyone who is satisfied with simple room furnishings is in good hands here. The location right on a small canal is great and it is only about 1.5 km to the center of Lübbenau. The breakfast is varied and pleasant to take on the beautiful terrace on the canal. Bicycles can be safely stored, so we had a few nice cycling days in the Spreewald.

Simple but very good. Everyone was very friendly and in a good mood. The restaurant is highly recommended, especially this top location right on the water. Totally decelerating. We'll definitely come back. Kind regards to the great team.

We were there for 3 days. The location is incredibly beautiful. The service is good; the employees are very nice and hardworking. Unfortunately the rooms are only worth 2 stars. Layers of dust on the ceilings and on the picture, as well as under the bed. It probably hasn't been cleaned in years. The bathroom should definitely be completely renovated or completely cleaned to a high gloss. The joints/shower finishes are more than dark brown and have probably never been cleaned. Broken tiles on the floor...

The guesthouse is located directly on a small canal. There is a boat rental and a small kiosk nearby. The rooms are very old fashioned but the view is beautiful. In the same building there is a restaurant where the food is very good, unfortunately there is little vegetarian selection.

Unfortunately on New Year's Eve the restaurant closed at 5 p.m., there was no room where you could sit and play, I think that could be announced in the booking process, a ban on firecrackers would be welcome, but the fact that everything is closed that evening is unusual. After all, there was one picollo per guest in front of the room in the afternoon.

Here you get functional rooms, but overall they don't miss anything. We had a relatively large room with a balcony, which was very practical for staying with a small child. The staff was always friendly and accommodating.There is a star deduction for the germy toilet brush in the bathroom. An exchange here really doesn't cost the earth.The breakfast is good and the rolls are fresh and warm every morning, but a little more fruit would be nice.

Rooms are functional and simple. The buffet is delicious, there was even cake, Spreewald gherkins and local liver sausage. By the way, the coffee tastes very tasty if you order it separately, the one from the buffet is a bit thin. All in all, we really liked it and can recommend it. We were there in October 2023.

We were there for 1 night. Rooms small but fully sufficient. The employees were all very friendly and gave the impression that they were a good team. The restaurant outdoor area is directly on the canal. Nice to eat well and drink a cocktail... we felt comfortable and would like to come back.

We discovered the guesthouse last year during Advent. It is beautifully located in the quiet town of Lehde. All the staff were very friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. The rooms are clean

Clean guest house right by the water with boat rental and parking. Simple breakfast included. There is a common room missing, room equipment and social facilities are older but functional.

Pure home and nature. A boat trip through the Spreewald with a break in this location is simply relaxation for the soul. Enjoy the fresh air, learn something about the history, then a cold beer... priceless.
