This is my first review because I would like to advise anyone not to stay overnight in the bleacher! The hotel is miles away from a 5 star hotel. It's max 4 rather 3 stars. The service, especially at reception, is a complete disaster! Our rooms were nice and the bathrooms were modernized. However, there are no coffee machines or kettles, only carbonated water and toiletries in the bathroom are reduced to a minimum. One heater in the bathroom didn't work, the other only worked sporadically. You only get one key per room. The room number is clearly visible on all keys. If you go to the spa or go swimming, you always run the risk of someone stealing the key and immediately knowing where the key fits.Prices are dubiously inflated. We paid €48 for a bottle of white wine, which you can buy anywhere for €6! The 5 course menu is average and uninspired. No matter whether it's fish, meat or vegetarian, there are always the same side dishes, spices and sauces. There are several rooms for dinner, but tables are assigned in the evening and since there were three of us, the choice was very limited. The breakfast is good and a well-stocked cheese room is the culinary highlight. The spa is very nice, but also showing its age. If you want to enjoy it, then a day ticket for €120 might be worth considering. The so-called culinary little things include soup, dry bread and sheet cake every day...

The last time I was there was 8 years ago and I thought it was great. Now again and I thought it was terrible. Suite, which cost a fortune, smelled musty and was unkempt. The service is a disaster. We waited over an hour for our food in the evening. When we arrived at lunchtime and asked for snacks in the lobby, there was nothing there. There are so many other hotels that are much cheaper and really meet the standards of a 5 star hotel. I would give the bleach a maximum of 3 stars. Unfortunately no recommendation :(

We were invited to this place, we were surprised by its extension, a quasi-labyrinth, without useful indications and without Wi-Fi (which they boast of to guarantee a detachment from normality). Romantic atmosphere even if a little weighed down by many paintings and statues of all kinds. The library is unique and beautiful, worth spending a day browsing the books on display. Super comfortable poolside loungers excellent for taking naps, as are those in the cinema room. The best is the cuisine, from breakfast to dinner: everything is excellent and delicious, the dishes are carefully prepared.

We stayed at the Hotel zur Bleiche again. As soon as we arrive we feel at home and can relax straight away. The room was great with a wonderful view. Everything was very clean and very nicely prepared for us. A small welcome greeting was waiting in the room. The food was once again outstanding and our children also found and enjoyed lots of culinary delicacies. The service was great, very very friendly, attentive and quick. We then worked off the many extra calories in the perfectly equipped fitness area. We were maximally relaxed during the cosmetic treatments, foot care and massages and returned home happy and satisfied. We had a wonderful time again and can thoroughly recommend a stay at the Hotel zur Bleiche.

Nice room, but unfortunately the heating didn't work. Unfortunately, the reception couldn't do anything on the first evening, but something was done the next morning, but the heating didn't work. The hot water supply also languished. The room prices are clearly too high for that! Otherwise, service staff often had to be sought. I don't recommend the resort and won't come back again.

The hotel seems to have had its good times behind it. Anyone expecting 5 stars will be disappointed: poor service, general condition partly dingy, no WiFi. Very bad price-performance ratio.

We stayed at the resort for two nights with our 10 year old daughter, all in all it's more like: Well... the whole resort was probably very great 10-20 years ago, unfortunately now only the idea and the food are good. The suite was shabby and shabby. Stains on the chairs, cushions, carpet and on the wall and we're not talking about small stains, unfortunately. In a 5 star hotel you expect hospitality in the form of small details, like a few flowers in the room or a plate of fruit. Unfortunately there was nothing like that here, it was rather sobering. Even at the reception, where we told them that I had a health problem and therefore asked for a solution with dinner, all that was said was: then you have to go out to eat... the entire facility is outdated, so you can probably rest on what used to be good reputation from which unfortunately can no longer be traced, a real shame and unfortunately absolutely not recommended for the price. There are much better hotels. For me the standard is more of a normal 4 star and far from a 5 star resort. We politely paid attention to this when we left, but as I said, you are relying on the previous good reputation that the house once had, which is very sad and will not work like this forever.

We stayed at the Hotel “Bleiche” at short notice from October 5th to October 6th, 2024, which is advertised as a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, our stay didn't quite live up to expectations. …
