It's a shame that we only have to give three stars (we would even give 3.5 if it were possible) because the landlord was super nice. But we have to evaluate the accommodation.But first the positive:The holiday home looks very nice from the outside and inside. The terrace also invites you to eat outside. The bathroom is equipped with a nice rain shower and shower head fitting. Washing machine, stove/oven, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer drawers are available and were clean and functional. There are two bedrooms with double beds on the ground floor and on the upper floor. Beds and rooms were clean and the linens smelled fresh and were very soft. The coach in the living room was good and the dining table served its purpose. The TV could have been a little bigger because of the distance to the coach, but maybe our eyes are not so fresh anymore :)Now the negative, which unfortunately caused us to give a low star rating:Since we had planned a relaxing vacation, we were looking forward to a bit of peace and quiet in the idyll. Unfortunately the utility room was next to the downstairs bedroom. There was a heat pump in it that started every night from 4:00 a.m. and hummed continuously until 7:00 a.m. Therefore, it was hardly possible to sleep even with earplugs. You could also hear the noises in the upstairs bedroom. The bells also rang every hour from the nearby church. So someone who would like to have some peace and quiet is this beautiful oneUnfortunately there is no accommodation. Unfortunately there was also no microwave.BUT IF THIS DOESN'T BOTHER OR IF IT IS MISSING, WE CAN ONLY RECOMMEND THIS HOLIDAY HOME.JULY 24

I was able to spend a great family vacation in the holiday accommodation with my wife and our two children.The accommodation left almost nothing to be desired.The kitchen is ultra-modern and fully equipped, just like the entire house!The living and dining area with the gallery is a lot of fun and made it easier for us to cook, eat and get together.In addition to numerous board games, there are great novels and even cutting-edge business books to read on the bookshelf - for those who are interested. ;)A highlight in the truest sense of the word is breakfast on the terrace. In the morning the sun shines directly there and sweetens the start of the day!In terms of location, we were well connected and were able to experience a lot. Swimming in Lake Eib and Lake Starnberg, hiking on the Zugspitze, visiting a bike park or the Erding thermal baths and much, much more, all no problem by car and can be reached in less than an hour.The option to charge your electric car directly at the accommodation is also great. That was really super practical.At this point the hosts should be highlighted again! Rarely have I had the opportunity to meet such accommodating and simply friendly hosts!We felt very comfortable and will definitely not be here for the last time! :)
