A very nice hotel that lets you feel the history. We felt very well looked after and stayed in the master suite ☆☆☆☆. From here you can go on beautiful hikes. There are castles, castle ruins and a variety of churches in the area for those interested in culture to visit. Restaurants can be found in the surrounding towns. Advance reservations are recommended, especially on weekends.

If you love peace and quiet, this is the right place for you.Very good breakfast buffet, nice staff. Room great.There is no possibility to buy anything in the town itself. There is also no restaurant.Quedlinburg, Thale can be reached quickly by car.

We spent one night at the Schlosshotel Stecklenberg and were completely satisfied. The location is quiet and the beautiful park invites you to relax. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished, the bathroom is very modern and chic. The hotel is incredibly cozy thanks to its many loving details. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, the selection was quite large for such a small hotel. There were enough parking spaces.We felt very comfortable, thank you to all the staff, please keep it up, you can tell how much passion you put into your hotel, that makes it something special. We'd love to come back when we get the chance :)

Craziness...such a lovely little, private, romantic hotel.From reception to breakfast, you feel like you're in good hands, you always meet your guests in a friendly and familiar manner.Only those who don't like "solitude" should leave it alone, you just need a car, bike or good shoes to "go out to eat".

A beautiful castle in Thale, quietly located with wellness options. Good breakfast. A group of 8 of us, consisting of friends, were guests for 3 days and enjoyed it very much. I cannot understand the 4.8 star rating because this exceptional, unique hotel deserves at least 5.5/5 stars!In this beautifully restored castle, every poltergeist can feel like a castle princess.The welcome was extremely warm and the short-term telephone reservation worked perfectly.And as was already announced at check-in, tomorrow morning there will be rolls from the bakery instead of baked rolls like in most other hotels - I'm looking forward to it!

The remote location creates a wonderful sense of calm. Fantastic for switching off. We had a large room on the 2nd floor and therefore a nice view of the small pond and garden. It's very good that there is a minibar in the room and a coffee machine on the ground floor. We'd love to come back.
