Old but nice hotel on a main street. We spent a weekend here, had a room on the 3rd floor. It was surprisingly quiet considering the traffic noise. The hotel claims to be the oldest hotel in the city. Accordingly, our double room was rather small. The room and bathroom had been renovated some time ago, everything was clean and tidy. The shower still has a classic shower tray with a high edge. Breakfast is great, a large buffet and everything is very tasty.

Super nice staff, great breakfast buffet, plentiful and varied. The hotel is well located, highly recommended for cyclists. The price-performance ratio is completely okay. We were very satisfied, the room was clean and spacious.

Breakfast great; Rooms, including bed, are fine. We had a very narrow bathroom. Unfortunately we arrived late and therefore we didn't receive all the information the next day that you would otherwise receive on the day of arrival. That's why we didn't know anything about the room cleaning process. With the tourist tax receipt you can use the buses in the area. Unfortunately, the city buses are very few and far between and do not run in the old town. Than on foot or by car.

The hotel is good for a short trip to Quedlinburg.Despite the street in front of the door, the railway behind the house and many people in the hotel, it was very quiet during the evening/night.The light on the bed in the room was very cold and uncomfortable, that could be replaced. The bathroom could do with a bit of an overhaul (shower rod and shower holder were broken).Breakfast cost around €10 per person per day in addition to the overnight price. However, the service seemed to be a bit overwhelmed by the number of guests (8:30 a.m. - 9:15 a.m.). When checking in, it was said that there would be free seating for breakfast, but the larger tables were permanently reserved and no one was sitting there. From scrambled eggs to bottled water to plain yogurt, it was hard to get anything at that time. It was not seen and replenished by the service itself. Only when asked did something come from the kitchen. The loungers in the relaxation area of the sauna are very uncomfortable, perhaps they can be replaced. Some relaxing music in the relaxation area would be nice, but not a must. All in all the stay was okay

Everything was fine except for the rolls, which unfortunately weren't fresh, very hard to cut...but that's complaining at a high level

All in all an acceptable accommodation. The gentleman at reception should just work on his tone. As soon as we had raised our concerns, we were approached in a very unfriendly manner. Rooms were well furnished. The breakfast was okay. Just don't offer old rolls that have been baked again. There are alternatives.

We booked the suite and were overall satisfied. In the bathroom, a shelf should be installed in the shower for your own items. The room was very clean and the furnishings were in very good condition. The bathroom overall was okay but could use some renovation (shower tray and shower screen). But the bathroom was also very clean. We would rate the breakfast as very good and it was always delicious. A negative aspect was the bicycle room offered, which can only be reached via a steep staircase. Since modern bikes quickly weigh 30 kg, this is not implemented very well. I had also called beforehand about the parking option and was not informed of it. If we had known that, we definitely wouldn't have booked there.
