A great, helpful team. Offer a super breakfast. We definitely recommend a visit to a restaurant, an experimental cuisine that is really delicious. The rooms are good and the beds are great. Let's come here again, let's book this hotel again.

A very extraordinary hotel. The rooms and the design of all rooms are very stylish with a calm elegance in a great combination of tradition and modern chic. Dinner and breakfast were just as wonderful.

Perfect hotel for a little break to hike and relax in the Sauerland. Good service, very good cuisine and nice, clean, cozy rooms - all in all it met our expectations and in some cases exceeded our expectations. Our surprise menu turned out to be a culinary highlight and drinks, two aperitifs, a good bottle of wine from the Palatinate and water were also included. We experienced another lovely evening of delicacies when the chef introduced his new menu and we were able to taste every new dish in small portions. On the third evening, because of the pampering factor, we went back to the “Restaurant & Bar Herzpunkt” whose name was also the program that evening. The breakfast is rich and very varied, there is nothing to complain about there either. We hiked for a total of four days, including the Skywalk (not for the faint of heart in windy conditions) so we relaxed and were pampered. This really calls for a repeat!

We felt very comfortable here. In combination with a hike on the Rothaarsteig (but certainly also without this activity), you can really relax here, unwind in the wellness area or treat yourself to culinary delights in the Herzstück Restaurant. A successful weekend for us. Very friendly staff, chic rooms, fancy restaurant, hotel not too big and location great.

Modern hotel in the middle of HochSauerland, close to the shopping city of Brilon and Willingen as a winter sports/mountain bike resort. The young management provides a pleasant ambiance and smooth, friendly service. The own restaurant has now been given an independent name: HERZSTÜCK. New kitchen chef with new and a lot of attention to vegetarian/vegan dishes. Even without a hotel reservation, you can spend a pleasant evening here.

Personally managed, modern boutique hotel with spacious and tastefully furnished rooms.The kitchen deserves a particularly positive mention in terms of the quality of the food on offer - both at breakfast and at dinner! Everything - without exception - tasted very good and you can tell that they cook with passion and good food.But here too there seems to be a shortage of staff, Saturday evening, well-filled restaurant, only one waitress (apparently due to illness - Steffi, great job!)!

Very straightforward, from start to finish! Great, varied food, both in the evening and in the morning. Room size was just right, bed was very comfortable! Used the sauna (towels/bathrobes) and whirlpool again before eating, great!! We had a room at the back, noise from the street wasn't a problem! Location is also good, it's right between Brilon and Willingen!

We used the hotel for a weekend vacation. Attention: Anyone who uses the charging station installed in the hotel parking lot with an electric car is literally being ripped off by a horrendous price system. The price borders on exorbitant. When asked, there was no willingness to discuss pricing. The way we deal with customers, especially given the hotel prices are not cheap, is remarkable...Note:+ fenced private parking lot of the hotel with charging station labeled “Schlosshotel”

Arriving without any particular expectations, we were more than positively surprised by the nice little hotel.It is very stylish and completely harmoniously furnished.Be it the bar, dining room, room, bathroom or sauna, everything has recently been renovated in a really chic way. Everything is clean and sustainable care products are available everywhere.The breakfast buffet is great and the bar's selection of drinks is very good.The food in the evening is also very tasty.The nice and courteous staff completes the very good impression.We recommend the hotel without reservation.
