Accommodation very good, friendly and helpful staff, food very tasty, surroundings very beautiful, disadvantage of using your bath towels for 5 days is serious about it, at the reception you can exchange your dirty towels for clean ones, but that is actually not possible

We were there for one night and the impression was mixed.Positive:- A huge and well-maintained sauna and swimming pool area- Central location- Very extensive breakfast and evening buffet- The room was clean and the bed was comfortable- The Asian staff was very friendly and accommodating- Bathrobes and towels were available in the room.Negative:- Very thin, noisy walls- The non-Asian staff were ill-tempered and abrupt- Room service was in the room 45 minutes before checkout time after knocking once- Some dishes on the breakfast buffet were not fresh (e.g. mushy pineapple with fruit flies)- The short-term parking spaces for loading and unloading in front of the entrance are too narrow for the main clientele (65+ with SUV or station wagon).- Dinner time (4:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.) is designed for older semesters.

3 nights with half board...We'll be back but without the evening buffet!!!!Room: good. A bit small, but modern and clean. Beds comfortable.Staff: very good. Lots of Asian people… all friendly, attentive and helpfulWellness area: good. Large pool (20/10) various saunas everything clean and modern. Unfortunately no large whirlpool - 2 whirlpools. Wait 10 minutes for filling then 30 minutes time. If you want more, you have to restart/fill. Nice relaxation rooms.Breakfast: good. Selection and quality are right.Evening buffet: poor!!!Theme evenings: We had Scandinavia, Mediterranean and Asia. Cold buffet partly good. Salmon, smoked trout, raw ham…Almost only convenience products as main dishes (warm)1 fish 1 meat 1 veggieAsia e.g. ready-made meatballs in sweet and sour sauce with sticky “fried rice”Mediterranean: Ready-made turkey schnitzel with pasta and tomato sauce.Fish submerged in Bernaise sauce, ready-made vegetables totally overcooked, strange combinations, dessert always mousse (cream)...it was always the same cream only with different flavors in it...Greek yogurt was like yogurt mixed with quark and there was no taste of honey...and much more moreWe're really used to a lot of things, including from holidays in Egypt and Turkey, and we're not picky and often cook with ready-made products at home. But 90% ready-made meals for 25 euros per evening...isn't possible.Final question was. What does the chef actually do for a living?

Older hotel rooms okay, swimming pool good, sauna area okay but could be made a little more pleasant if you manage to connect the relaxation area. The opening times of the restaurant and bar are too oriented towards an older audience
