0 stars are still too many. -2 stars would be appropriate! We were there recently and it was a first class letdown! Absolutely not recommended, I can only advise against it!The basic problem is that the house has no heating, the rooms are heated using small electric heaters, approx. 2000-2500 watts per room. The costs, which are not insignificant, are of course borne by the tenant. Where we moved into the house, 5kWh had already been used. For 3 hours of heating per day (not present during the day) we had to pay €35.The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The shower is unreasonable, if you like alternating baths you will get your money's worth here. Black silicone and tile joints are of course included. Wallpaper is coming off in almost all rooms, and there are plenty of mosquitoes in the bedrooms from the last “hunting season”. The cabinets should be handled with great care as they are on the verge of collapse. Some pieces of furniture have already been replaced. Smoke detectors are dismantled and/or without a battery, which is not really reassuring with electric heating. There was also mold in a children's book because there was no heating. The light in the bathroom is equivalent to the brightness of a firefly in the kitchen it is only slightly better. Wi-Fi only worked on the first day, a modern television is available and was supposed to work over magenta, as I said, but it didn't.

Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars. Renting something like that is really a disgrace. From the outside the house looks very chic. If you then come in and take a closer look, the blow comes. Cold, damp, mold in places, dirt and just totally uncomfortable. Some of the wallpaper is peeling off the walls and spots have been "professionally" brushed over. So no sign of regular renovation. Luckily we were only there for 3 nights and were traveling during the day. An imposition.

I've never seen such a dirty place before. Everything is dirty. And in the bathroom you have to clean first before you can take a shower... really not nice. Here you should first renovate and clean before others can come in. The positive thing is that everything is quickly accessible. There is a lot for the garden in the garden house. Also for the children. And it is very quiet. But otherwise really terrible. I was rather happy when the week was over...

We have been to many holiday homes, but this one really surprised us. Looking new and pretty on the internet, the reality was different. In need of renovation is more accurate. Unfortunately, the much praised cleanliness did not correspond to reality. When asked, there was only a shrug of the shoulders. But the surrounding area delivers 100 percent of what it promisesD
