Super relaxed campsite without a lot of luxury and without fixed plots/pitches.We always feel very comfortable and come here at least twice a year.

I just drove through. Because my bike path went right through the camp. What I saw was that time stood still in some corners of the square. Very old sanitary buildings, very old power distributors on the site. Anyone who likes it rustic is very welcome. In any case, very spacious and located in the forest.

Actually a very nice place and great for surfing in the south-west! The place has never been luxurious and the sanitary facilities have been rather simple. Which is OK, I want to camp and not go to a 5* hotel. But when I recently wanted to go to Born again, I realized that I should have paid EUR 66.20 for one night for 1 adult, 1 child, car, tent without electricity! The “energy surcharge” of EUR 5.00 for a pitch without electricity is also very creative... Or does the campsite have underfloor heating??? We then went to another campsite and paid EUR 21.50 for a spot right on the water with electricity. It's a shame, I've been going to Born every now and then over the last 30 years, but now you've gone too far...

Wonderful place with lots of large trees and bushes. A good starting point for cycling tours via Fischland-Darss.

Very nice campsite with an old tree in Estonia, no clear plots, a bit like before. Direct access to the Botten. Unfortunately only a tiny beach.

Light and shadow. The place is generally really nice. The unplotted areas have really beautiful vegetation with lots of trees under which you can find shade. Two medical supply stores have been renovated and are in very good condition. The staff at the surfing and kite school are incredibly nice people, and the reception staff give you the feeling that your mood can change very quickly. In general, you don't have the feeling of being overwhelmed by German flags and garden gnomes from long-term campers. The groundskeeper was always on the spot quickly when there was something to be done. What is really outdated is the pricing policy and flexibility in the tariffs. There is a discount for three days. If you first book two and then extend it to three, “it is not possible to add the discount later”. This is absurd in times of modern software and quite unfriendly to customers.Overall, it was too expensive for three nights in a motorhome at almost €200. Only Regenboden AG knows why a €5 energy surcharge is required for these prices.
