We recently visited their restaurant with 12 people. Due to the mostly good reviews, we were really looking forward to the visit.The atmosphere in the restaurant was really nice. The rustic mixed with the modern is very appealing. However, it is very dark in places, so e.g. B. Reading the card is really difficult for people who wear glasses.The orders were taken quickly and the drinks were also quickly at the table. We waited over an hour for the food itself. Accordingly, we were really looking forward to freshly prepared, delicious food. Unfortunately, we were sometimes really disappointed. The meat of the roast roast was tough, the cheese spaetzle was, in our opinion, run-of-the-mill and the pumpkin soup was bland. However, the salad and the schnitzel with fries were very tasty.After eating we waited at least 20 minutes for our plates to be cleared - and unfortunately we couldn't order any more drinks.Among other things, there was a very unpleasant smell in one of the women's toilets.All in all, our expectations were unfortunately only partially met.

We had our wedding celebration in the vaulted cellar in October 2024 with almost 50 people.-Planning, process, service and food... EXCELLENT!The guests were impressed by the ambience and the great food.Also price/performance compared to comparable locations... We had celebrated our wedding. The location was great. I only get praise from our guests regarding the accommodation and the restaurant. The food was phenomenal... Everything was very professional, both kitchen and service. Later we went to the party cellar. A celebration that no one will forget!! I don't write that many reviews, but I would like to express a lot of praise to the owner Stephanie, who put so much effort into making our wedding unforgettable. We are very grateful that we were able to celebrate with her like this, it was an unforgettable, beautiful day with great food, great service and a really great location. We'll definitely be back

The Gässles Stüble is run with so much passion and conviction by the wonderful Stephanie and her motivated and committed team. The food: forward-looking, absolutely delicious and the team was also open to special requests. The service: Perfect, courteous, so sweet and friendly, just great. The ambience: So homely, loving and pleasant, as if you had arrived directly at home. Thank you so much that there is still such a great restaurant like yours. We will be back soon and can warmly recommend this restaurant to everyone (vegetarian, vegan, intolerance (including gluten), meat lovers) with the best of conscience.

Nice and cozy location.The menu is relatively small - but high quality and there is something for everyone. Vegetarian dishes are also available. Fries perfectly prepared and the meat (onion roast) very tasty and of good quality.Prices reasonable.

We recently went there for dinner. We were allowed to sit in a side room, which presumably serves as the hotel's breakfast area, between a screen and a projector with speakers. The table was set a bit carelessly and was a bit sticky.The drinks themselves were nice and chilled, but the head of a beer is overrated.There was basically nothing to complain about when it came to the food itself, but it didn't really blow us away either.What is a bit annoying, however, is that the map on the homepage is not up to date, so you are a bit disappointed because you had already zeroed in on something in advance that ultimately didn't exist.Anyone who rightly raves about our region on their homepage and promotes “culinary delights at its best” will never be without the epitome of Swabian cuisine, Maultaschen, on their menu. NEVER!What has also been mentioned here often in the comments is the matter of the countless flies, but unfortunately nothing has been done about it yet.

After we still couldn't order food after over an hour, we paid and left. I'm really sorry for the bad review, but the service was just bad. We couldn't judge the food. Unfortunately, another visit is no longer an option for me 😕
