A very nice holiday farm. Been going there for a few years now. There are always innovations. This time there was, among other things, a new sauna that you can book. Also a new foosball table on the playing floor. The children can go pony riding a few days a week. Feed chickens and look for eggs. Cuddling the rabbits and feeding the goats...The kids always want to go there again.Keep it up.

Beautiful farm near Bremen. Here the children get their money's worth (play barn, rides, straw barn, 2x trampoline and large playground and soccer field with goals). This means that the parents also have a lot of relaxation and every two days there is horse riding, egg hunting in the chicken coop, feeding and petting rabbits and feeding goats. You can watch the milking every morning and evening and ask questions. If you want to help more, just ask and something will be found.Stefan and Martina are warm hosts of very modern holiday apartments; if you want, you can also rent one of two tiny houses. A sauna can now also be rented, but much more is hardly possible.

As a family of three with a seven-year-old son, we spent wonderful days on the farm. Especially for the children, everyone and everything is taken care of, and the friendships between the local children form themselves. Both the play barn and the extensive outdoor area are full of toys or equipment that has been converted for this purpose, such as the haystacks. The animals are of course all the highlights and the close contact with pony rides and feeding small animals that takes place four times a week was used intensively. The farm is actively run, which also makes it a real farm holiday and thus clearly distinguishes itself from lifestyle farm holidays, where the only farm-like thing is the relict use of the building. People work here from morning to night and both adults and children learn something, can lend a hand and are welcome to take part in many processes. It gets cuddly with the cats on the farm, Milky in particular is cuddly and actively seeks contact to get a few cuddles. They were relaxing days that will remain in your memory and will soon be refreshed with a new visit!

We were at the Huxfeldhof for the second time with our children (1 and 3.5 years) and found it very nice and relaxing again. If you would like a realistic insight into an ACTIVE, well-maintained dairy farm, this is the right place for you. And that sometimes means you can smell or hear the animals. You're on a farm, that's what you should want, otherwise I think it's unfair to complain about it in reviews afterwards. You can feed the cows, the children can also ride on Mr. Warnken's tractor and there are lovingly organized pony rides and feeding of small animals, where you can also have a good and open conversation with the nice owner family. The apartments are very clean, spacious, modernly furnished and offer everything you need with (small) children. We also slept very well! There is a games barn with lots of rides (children must be accompanied on the farm as there is also work being done), a games attic and a playground with the opportunity to dig. It never gets boring. You can also go on beautiful bike tours. Be sure to book an appointment in the new outdoor sauna, where you can look out onto the field. We felt very comfortable and wish the Warnken family all the best and a nice rest of the year! 😀

Me and my two daughters (7.5 years old) stayed in the Tiny House Mooritz in August. The children really liked that the farmer's wife had generously organized the riding. The children can express their horse desires and ride for a sufficient amount of time. The children also really enjoyed feeding the animals afterwards. There are plenty of opportunities to play and the two of them had a lot of fun, especially in the hay barn. The tiny house “Mooritz” is very well equipped. The air conditioning is very helpful on warmer days. The house is located quite centrally and open to the farm, so that you can clearly hear the farm noises. Probably more than in the holiday apartments. The pull-out sofa in the living room was not comfortable for me despite the topper. As a side sleeper, you notice the edge from the first to the second element. This made the nights difficult.Unfortunately this week there was a lot of smell of urine in the yard and in the tiny house. Which was perhaps due to the wind direction and the rainy weather beforehand. Then we were unfortunately unlucky that during the day this week the paving stones were being dug up in the yard with an excavator, which could be clearly heard and felt in the Mooritz House, so we unfortunately had to go on more day trips, even though we also liked being in the yard would have stayed...For me the week wasn't that relaxing, that's why I would have given 3 stars, but the children would certainly have given 4.5, that's why it was 4.

A farm where no wishes were left unfulfilled for me.A large selection of games (table tennis, basketball, football, Kettcar, to name just a few) for children that are available to use free of charge. Two fire pits with free wood that you can use for a cozy evening get-together.Logistically well located near Bremen, and everything you need for your daily needs can be reached in just a few minutes by car.In any case, fully recommended.Thank you for the lovely time

We visited the Huxfeld-Hof for a week during the summer holidays with 2 children. We booked one of the tiny houses for this purpose. The house is still sufficient for 4 people because every corner is well planned and thought out. There is a small kitchen, a nice bathroom and a large bed upstairs and a pullout couch downstairs. The offerings on the farm were very child-friendly.The price includes riding ponies 4 times per week, followed by feeding the chickens and collecting eggs, petting and feeding rabbits and feeding goats. You can also feed the rabbits and goats all day long with animal food bags purchased locally. The animals can be visited all day long. There are also 2 small playgrounds with trampolines available. There is also a play barn with rides for the children. The children are busy all the time. We are very satisfied with the offers, the accommodation and the surroundings. In addition, several amusement parks, Bremen, Bremerhaven can be reached quickly, which makes many excursions possible.

We stayed at the Huxfeld-Hof for a weekend based on a recommendation and were thrilled. The loving treatment and species-appropriate attitude towards the animals, as well as the loving furnishings and courtyard design are just the beginning of a wonderful stay. It was a huge adventure for the children. Whether indoors or outdoors, there is a lot to discover. What was also noticed positively is the digital development. Keep it up! We'll be back

A great farm with beautiful and very well-maintained holiday apartments. There is also a huge range of games for children. We really enjoyed our time and were certainly not here for the last time 😃
