I've been traveling for work for 2 years and have never had worse accommodation. The room assigned to me doesn't deserve the name. There is no table or chair. The quarters have a wet room and a kind of converted bed. You can only reach it by crawling through a hole in the front wall. There is no partition between the wet room and the bedstead. Finally I had to realize: It wasn't cleaned. Teaching Bottles and dirt from the previous tenant were lying around. The used bedding was still in the bed. I refused to use the quarters. At my insistence I got another room. This was cleaned and as far as acceptable. But there are shortcomings here too. The bathroom can be reached through a break in the wall. Unfortunately, the water pressure in the shower is barely there. The only thing separating it from the neighboring quarters is a wooden door. This is locked though. But there is no privacy there. Don't be fooled by the beautiful photos on the homepage. In summary: absolutely unbearable conditions. If I work in Heilbronn again I will give this accommodation a wide berth. I informed my company about the conditions encountered in order to avoid colleagues having to have the same experience.

We stayed in the penthouse as a family (with 2 small children) and felt very comfortable. It was beautifully furnished and had everything you needed for cooking etc. in the kitchen. The bathrooms are very modern and leave nothing to be desired. Thanks to the roller shutters, everything could be darkened for the little ones in the evenings and during the day there was a beautiful view and bright light throughout the entire apartment. The small garden was an absolute highlight for our children. Trampoline, tree house, sandpit and an excavator and our children loved it. There is also a cozy seating area for adults. Overall, everything is very centrally located (bakery right aroundthe corner). The hostess was super friendly and helpful and had a solution for all questions and requests.

I have to say upfront that I was given the tiny room without knowing it and it lives up to its name.With a backpack on your back there is no way to go around in circles.However, a very well-kept room. Clean bathroom (living room).Bed difficult to access (hit my head several times), but had a quiet night.In my opinion, there is no value for money for the room.Tolerable for one night in transit, but nothing more.There is a communal kitchen that is well equipped.In an adequate room I would certainly give it 4 or 5 stars.I give it 3, purely out of sympathy for the manager of the guest house - actually it would be 2.The guest house itself is wonderful overall, but the tiny room is almost unbearable.Unfortunately, there was nothing about it when I booked online, so I don't know how you could avoid staying there. Maybe call ahead - the owner is very friendly!

The hotel has been a great success for the owner. The room has been furnished with great attention to detail. The bed was comfortable and the entire room was very, very clean. I felt very comfortable and am looking forward to the next time. Thank you for your hospitality and such an uncomplicated transaction!

We stayed here for one night and are very satisfied. The price-performance ratio is top. The rooms are very clean and the landlady was super friendly and nice. We had a small kitchen line, cutlery, etc., all the dishes you would need if you were looking after yourself. There was even a coffee machine in the room and various types of tea. All in all great and any time again 😊

HeyWe were in the accommodation with a total of 3 families (15 people, aged 0-40, in 5 rooms) and had the entire upper floor to ourselves.The process was extremely friendly and uncomplicated. Everything was super clean and very new.The location was also good as it wasn't far from the BAB. There was everything you needed on site, you just had to bring your personal belongings. (salt, pepper, dish soap, detergent, tea towels, dishcloths and much more)We'd love to come back.Many greetings, Meli

We rented the entire upper floor with friends. That was great! Everyone had their own room with shower and toilet. But we were able to cook together in the kitchen and all eat at the same time in the large dining room. It was a completely successful weekend. The hostess was super friendly. We'll definitely be back next year. See you then...

A beautiful family-run hotel. Everything here is done with love and heart. A welcome alternative to the otherwise well-known hotel chains. It is super clean, modern and lovingly furnished. Very easy check-in. We can only recommend the hotel.
