We had a wonderful time at the Weidelshof and can absolutely understand that it has been named the best holiday farm in Hesse several times. For us there was everything our hearts desired and much more. Absolute recommendation, a beautiful piece of earth.

We stayed in the Sleeping Beauty apartment for a week. Surroundings are beautiful. Everything is very idyllic. The rooms are getting a bit old in some places, but it was good for our purpose. But it was clean and well maintained. We would love to come back.

The farm is very nice for children and the hosts are very nice.We have to deduct points for the following reasons:- Apartment not clean, dirty spoon was still by the stove when we arrived. The heater and top shelves haven't seen any cleaning rags in months. Paid 60 euros for a cleaning that wasn't done.- Bathroom: mold in the shower and shower door leaking- Cooling compartment in the refrigerator is defective and not repaired, although this is known- Wooden balcony: Rough floor with splinters. Some paint/oil might helpThe playground equipment is not in good condition but that was okay for us.There is hardly any WiFi, but that is due to the quiet rural area.Lots of animals for the children.Addendum to the landlord's answer: The defects were communicated to the landlord's relatives on site. The refrigerator and cleaning were discussed on the first day. The other defects are not new either and the need for renovation was confirmed in the landlord's conversation on the last day.Therefore, the answer to the evaluation is not entirely understandable. We stayed in the Mühlbach 2 apartment for a week and were very satisfied. Our son (1 year old) was thrilled with the offerings on the farm. In addition to the many animals, the games room and the playground, the yard with the many vehicles was its highlight. The hosts are very friendly and always approachable. The holiday apartment offers everything that is needed for small children. In addition, the view of the greenery and the stream was very relaxing. We'd love to come back.

We were really impressed by the Weidelshof pony children's farm! The loving care and the well-kept environment made our stay unforgettable. Our children had so much fun riding and the daily activities on the farm. We are already looking forward to our next visit and can highly recommend the Weidelshof!

We were probably here for the last time. This is the sixth time we have been here and our children are slowly growing up... we have always loved coming here. The farm is very suitable for toddlers and children up to school age. Here the parents find the peace and quiet they need from everyday life and stress, and the friendly hosts are always there to help and advise. The many animals invite you to pet and eat, and there are pony rides three times a week. There are beautiful places in the area, the outdoor pool and Edeka are within walking distance. We would like to thank you very much for the always nice welcome and the stress-free days on the farm. We will warmly recommend it.

We stayed here at the beautiful holiday farm with our little daughter (almost 1.5 years old). We lived in the Fewo Mühlbach I - everything was thought of for children here (children's cutlery, plates/cups, changing table with diaper pail, baby bed, fall protection, step stool in the bathroom, etc.). The Günst family is extremely hospitable and loves children. Every morning we had a great bread roll service. Our daughter was really excited and wanted to go feed her rabbits straight away in the morning :). There were cute kittens, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs, horses, sheep, donkeys, etc. - all animals were allowed to be fed and admired. Outside there was a beautiful playground, children's car park, handcarts to rent, a barbecue area and plenty of places to lie down. When the weather was bad, the huge indoor play barn and the games room were perfect for playing.For older children, pony rides are also included 3x/week.We are thrilled and would love to come back!

The top location for families with small children!Super-equipped apartments/holiday homes. Large play area with vehicles, games, sand playground, swings. Cats, rabbits, horses, sheep etcAre excited. Highly recommended!!!

We (parents with a 3-year-old daughter) had a wonderful, varied and relaxing holiday here.The farm is in an idyllic and quiet location and can only be recommended: a wide range of play options (an indoor sand barn, playground, trampoline, children's vehicle fleet, table tennis and table football), wonderful nature experiences (stream on the site, quarry nearby and many farm animals, some of which roam freely around). ), a variety of activities that can be reached within 20 minutes.From rustic to spacious, comfortable accommodation, there is a holiday apartment on the farm to suit every taste. The Günst family is extremely hospitable and you can quickly come into contact with other families who are vacationing there because of the small size of the farm.The absolute highlight for our daughter was the pony riding, which takes place three times a week in the afternoon.We are already looking forward to next year, because this holiday experience calls for repeating!

We had a wonderful time with our two and a half year old child and the grandparents. Everything is really suitable for small children, we were even able to take part in pony riding.There are endless opportunities to play (including indoors if the weather doesn't cooperate!) and of course the experiences with the animals - we could have stayed a long time and it wouldn't have been boring.We also felt very comfortable in the holiday apartment and slept well.We can only warmly recommend the Weidelshof!

I only got external impressions while hiking. Lt. It is worth taking a holiday here with children, as there is a diverse program on offer for children. In addition, there is no traffic and the children can move around, play and keep themselves busy with the many things/equipment on offer.

Many thanks to the Günst family! A nice place for a week with family even in March. There were five of us in the Sleeping Beauty apartment.Every corner of the yard offers a comfortable place to settle down. The children will find animals to feed, go-carts to jet around, probably the best indoor play castle and Mr. Günst has put information about the surrounding area and activities (e.g. bird shows, wildlife park) in the right places. A lot of thought went into the design: we all felt very comfortable!

I agree with the other positive reviews: an absolute adventure for children and nature-loving families. However, one point deducted for animal husbandry. I would really like to have modern, species-appropriate housing for the rabbits! If anything changes, it would be a wonderful holiday destination to repeat.

Great rooms, the children have several playgrounds and vehicles to play with. The children could also ride horses, there were cats and rabbits... bread roll service possible. Ideal for relaxing with the family for a few days. We would like to come again 😊

We had a wonderful holiday on the farm. It was perfect for our children 2 and 5 years old. The playroom, the vehicles in the yard, the fairytale room with sand, slide and climbing tree as well as the playground, the large trampoline and the hay attic left nothing to be desired.The biggest highlight for the children was the horseback riding and the water playground right next to the meadow.For us parents, thanks to the numerous options, it was a very relaxed holiday with a great view from the apartment.The Günst family (young and old) were very friendly and we immediately felt at home.During our vacation there were cute kittens that made our children very happy.
