We only went to the beer garden to eat. The schnitzels were very tasty. The service was very quick, attentive and friendly. The garden offers both sunny and shady places. Nice and spacious.Overall we were very satisfied and will come back.

This is truly a wonderful place! Search no further! You won't find such a schnitzel choice anywhere! The schnitzels here are unbeatable! There is also a cozy beer garden and friendly staff. Had dinner there. Very tasty and rich, price absolutely reasonable. If we go camping again in Collenberg we will definitely come back.

Great restaurant with extremely friendly service. The schnitzels are really recommended. But beware. For a schnitzel size L you need to be very hungry. The location is very nicely located directly on the Main. We sat in the beer garden and were thrilled.

Service is very friendly. The beer garden was well attended, but the drinks and food still came to the table quickly. The schnitzels could be a little more seasoned (just mentioned in passing). Always my pleasure.

Even one star is still too many. I definitely can't recommend this place. Hospitality is a foreign word here. If you call to order something, the boss will talk you down. It's like you have to assume that the store is full and there's no time left to place orders. Normally I am a very understanding guest. I would never be upset if someone told me that I had to wait an hour for food or that it wasn't possible because there was just too much going on. However, in my opinion it depends on the choice of words. You are immediately scolded and given the feeling as if you had said something wrong with the question: "Hello, we would like to order something. Is that still possible?"Our stay at the star was even worse. The waitresses, I have to say, were really friendly. The boss, however, definitely went overboard! My friend had croquettes that were somehow undercooked. They were still cold in the middle and had a strange consistency. Probably hasn't been in the deep fryer long enough. Which isn't meant to be a criticism of the chef. The food otherwise was really tasty. My friend asked the waitress about it and said she could just bring a few spaetzle because he didn't want to make a big fuss. The waitress responded very nicely and said she would pass it on. Shortly afterwards she came back and said apologetically that she unfortunately had to take the plate with her. The boss wants to look at the croquettes. Then it came out. With one of the croquettes in his hand. Squash them and immediately complain that these croquettes are not cold and cannot be because they are not frozen. Since I had tried them before, I told the boss that I also thought these croquettes tasted strange. He then slammed it onto a small plate and started raining it down on me as if I was making the whole thing up.Now let's be serious! Dealing with guests professionally is something different. This show was just embarrassing and ridiculous. I just feel sorry for the employees. I can happily say that I will never visit this place again!
