A very nicely located place with direct access to Lake Rursee. We stayed in the camping barrels which are very nice. What's not so nice about it, however, is the price. The barrel alone is quite expensive and the bedding isn't even included. For me this is part of the basic equipment. No, not here, here you pay an additional €18 per person for bedding.In addition, the only sanitary building is very far away and in a miserable condition. Of the 4 shower cubicles for the ladies, 3 were broken and for the one that remained you pay 1 euro for hot water for a very manageable amount of time. We wash our hair in a sporty way. In addition, there isn't even a hook to hang something up. The rooms themselves haven't seen a broom against cobwebs etc. for months.There are only a few things to buy at reception, no coffee or anything like that. And if you were there by bike like we were, it is extremely difficult to find something to eat in the evening.

Very nice campsite, we were there for a day on our way home from France. Very friendly welcome and nice service. The sanitary facilities are also okay. We wanted to relax a bit from our ride for a day, but... some (several) motorcycle specialists had nothing better to do than spend the long day racing up and down the serpentine roads like complete professionals.Deafening noise. Very expensive campsite for 2 persons, 1 child, 1 camper, 1 electricity, total 41,- for 1 night... for showering 1,- for a few minutes... also a lot of nettles along the steps!We received a friendly welcome from a young boy at reception.And beautiful area.

Expensive affair: 52€ for 2 people with a tent for 2 nights and smelly toilets and a broken tumble dryer. Poorly thought out payment system for the washing machine. But a very good location for going hiking

I like being here because of the environment. Even if the CP's sanitary facilities are outdated, it doesn't have to be so unkempt.Once the floor has been cleaned it will be wet and dangerous to walk on for hours. Soap should always be available after using the toilet.The reception is difficult or impossible to reach by telephone.My recommendation to the operator would be to monitor these services provided by the staff.With a few improvements the facility would appear friendlier to campers.I would like to contribute constructively with my review in order to achieve a sense of well-being.

This campsite is located on the lake and offers boat trips. There are two of us traveling. It's not a problem to arrive early as the ticket office is only open during certain hours. No reservation is required! It is recommended to arrive around midday. In the afternoon you can swim or go boating - the entire body of water is freely accessible. You just have to watch out for the big boats, otherwise you can paddle the whole lake (as long as you make it back, otherwise the old man will call the police, haha, I asked).If the ticket office is closed when you arrive, you can just set up the tent first and then do whatever you want. You can pay later once the cashier reopens, the fees are pretty low.🟩Tip: It is recommended to set up the tent near the ticket booth as there is free WiFi there. The password is at the checkout. The campsite is divided into three terraced levels where you can set up your tent freely.The owner/employee was/were very friendly. When we left we were even given some stickers from the campsite, which made me very happy. Absolutely recommended!

The campsite is in a very nice location, one star deducted, but for the ancient sanitary facilities, which were not clean and really didn't work well. Another star deduction for the high prices of the kiosk and the poor opening hours. Be careful, a very steep driveway that is relatively narrow leads to the campsite, depending on the size of the caravan, this can be a problem.
