The booking took place with us via email and telephone. The operators are very friendly and accommodating. We traveled with two dogs, who seemed to be just as welcome guests as we were. You have a great view and a garden where you can grill and the dogs can run freely. The garden is completely escape-proof.In front of the house there is a natural lake, which, according to the operator, was created by the city as a swimming pond, but has a lot of algae. But it looks cute and can be used. There is plenty of space in the surrounding area for hiking and a children's playground. The apartment is a bit old, but it does reveal a certain charm. It is well maintained and largely clean. The only thing that bothered me personally were a few cobwebs on the beautiful wooden ceiling, which we were able to remove with a vacuum cleaner.Yes it is in the country and aCrawling creatures are completely normal, especially if windows and doors are always open. I only have problems with eight-legged creatures.A pair of ladybugs that occasionally settled on the windowsill or window were the absolute children's highlight. The kitchen is largely well-equipped and the beds are comfortable. The walls are a little noisy, but you only notice it when it's really quiet. The rooms are larger than expected and also well equipped. The visit was absolutely enjoyable and fun. Even if he were the Easter Bunny, the operator would have stepped in. It was very familiar and will be repeated with pleasure.

Wonderful guest house with a fabulous view of nature. With a little walk you can easily reach the train and the bus in about 15 minutes. This is a great way to get to the nearby sights in the area. A car is of course more convenient. To maintain the existing cleanliness, there are household appliances on site. Free and ready to use.Gladly again. We felt very comfortable being self-catering.Kind regards, Bensch

The cleanliness has a lot of room for improvement. The washing machine (as advertised in the description) was not available even when asked. Our granddaughter threw up in the car. Only contact the landlord when paying. Nothing noticed about Bavarian warmth and friendliness. We didn't feel welcome. We won't be coming back.

-The upper apartments are perfect for a larger family (there were 11 of us). They are connected via the hallway, but the apartments/rooms are still separate so that every couple/family has a private retreat.- Everything was very clean and partly renovated. Rustic, cozy furnishings.- The view is amazing!- The kitchen is well equipped, ideal for a long-term stay (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, sieve, grater, corkscrew...).- Good shopping opportunities nearby. Rewe and Aldi 5 minutes away by car.- Very nice host!- The accommodation is in a quiet location and is a great starting point for hiking etc.-Bayerisch Eisenstein is only about 20 minutes away by car. There you can enjoy great tobogganing (sledge rental on site) and skiing. However, it's best to come early as parking spaces are rare, especially when the weather is good.We didn't miss anything!

I knew the holiday accommodation from repeated bookings in the 1990s and was always satisfied. There is now a new operator. In response to an email before our vacation - I wanted some information about our accommodation, as there was nothing about accommodation 10 to be found on the homepage. I haven't received an answer! We arrived anyway: 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen/living room, 1 bathroom/shower and 1 toilet with sink. The apartment is in the attic - room height max. 205 cm, sloping ceilings in every room. The door to the toilet is 60 cm wide and 185 cm high, inside there are cobwebs, cracks in the ceiling and much more.If I had known these facts beforehand, we would have canceled.PS: - I am 194 cm tall- we have personally informed the landlord of the above defects- We can prove the above facts with photos
