We had the BAUMWIPFELPFAD apartment and looked after ourselves.TheEverything was super clean and very tastefully decorated. Everything is available in sufficient quantities including 2 coffee machines and a guest freezer (i.e. for your own food)The host family was extremely friendly and helpful (searching for a repair shop due to a broken car on Whit Saturday)Son another TRIP planned!!!

Unreservedly recommended. I had the 1-room apartment "Kirsche" with my five-year-old son for 3 nights over Corpus Christi. The apartment was tidy, new and very, very clean. We felt very comfortable. As self-caterers, we had everything we needed in terms of crockery, cutlery, fridge, toaster and 2 coffee machines. There is even a freezer compartment in the hallway especially for guests. My son loved watching Kika and Disney Channel while I prepared dinner.There is a pizzeria directly opposite. It's supposed to be very good, but we didn't visit it.Ms. and Mr. Liebl are very friendly and gave us a detailed information folder including a hiking map and a national park map. In addition to the national park and the treetop path, the outdoor swimming pool and the summer toboggan run in Grafenau are also worth a visit. With the National Park Card you get a 50% discount at the outdoor pool and 30% more rides on the toboggan run.

Our room was absolutely new and much nicer than we expected. A super friendly and warm welcome. In the hallway there are 'first aid' utensils and everything is well lit. It's so quiet at night that you can hear a pin drop and opposite is probably one of the best pizzerias in Germany.

Very nice and accommodating hosts. Upon arrival you will receive many useful excursion tips and plenty of information material. We booked the double room “Rachel” for three nights in April 2018. The room was clean and had new furnishings. There is a refrigerator, a freezer and a Senseo coffee machine. The breakfast buffet was rich and very tasty. Weather permitting, you can have breakfast outside. There are numerous hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Excursion destinations such as the treetop path or the Lusen can be reached quickly by car. The pizzeria “Da Luigi” is in the immediate vicinity. Tasty pizzas from the wood-fired oven are served here.
