There's no other way to say it, but simply mega if you don't like things too pompous and exaggerated, just the thing. Nice and sufficient rooms, clean bathroom, a completely sufficient and great breakfast. And the young family that looks after it is super friendly, completely uncomplicated, really great. 🌞🍀🌞

I booked the guesthouse for a company event - combined with a hike in the Harz Mountains.The rooms are exactly like the pictures, completely adequate & very clean.The owner is very caring & helpful and offers great service. We were pleasantly surprised and would come back at any time.

Me and a friend recently went on a little hiking trip and spent three nights there. We are absolutely thrilled with our stay, especially the excellent service.When we returned from our "relaxed hike" shortly before dark, completely hungry, we were overjoyed to find that two pizzas were waiting for us at the guesthouse. It was obvious that the staff cared about our well-being as they even tried to reach us by phone to ensure we were well looked after. This gesture really impressed us and we are very grateful for it.The new owners are clearly making an effort to breathe new life into the somewhat outdated guesthouse. It is noticeable that they attach great importance to the well-being of their guests. The guesthouse may be older, but it offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. We felt comfortable and welcome throughout our entire stay there.We would also like to praise the cleanliness. Our rooms were always clean and tidy. It was obvious that the staff attaches great importance to hygiene and cleanliness. This made our stay all the more pleasant.Overall, Pension Kristall made our hiking trip an unforgettable experience. The excellent service, the efforts of the new owners and the cleanliness made us feel completely comfortable. We can highly recommend Pension Kristall and will definitely come back when we are in the area. Many thanks to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality!

Yes, we were here with very nice and lovely young people who only took over this guesthouse in April. Of course there is a lot of need for action (shower). But that takes time and the first income. We stayed in a single room with a French bed, which is not something you should do with two people, we could hardly sleep. A larger bed would be necessary. The breakfast was a bit poor for 4 people, but requests were taken into account. 👍The coffee was good👍The property is very nice and invites you to linger outside.

Price performance great. Nice landlady, always willing to listen to questions. Rooms clean and comfortable. 10km from Wernigerode. Megazipline, suspension bridge and Rappbode Dam can also be reached quickly.
