Beautifully modernized old building. Lots of small apartments. Nice helpful owners. Unfortunately, our apartment number 1 had a problem with moisture, as it was very difficult to ventilate due to the renovation.When you shower, the moisture permeates the entire apartment. Our beds were wet on the second evening. The towels were no longer dry either. Exhaust air doesn't work in the bathroom, windows in the apartment only tilt with a tiny gap.I can't judge what the other apartments are like. Otherwise quiet location, small kitchenette, everything you need for your own breakfast (coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator...)Hairdryer and towels are also there.I think everything is there for a weekend for a good price. But next time not these apartments.We got bread rolls from Aldi, about a 6 minute walk.

The guesthouse is in a quiet location and has good connections. After just a 2 minute walk you can reach the bus and after another 2 minutes you can reach a large supermarket.The apartments are very nicely furnished and the Wesemann couple are very friendly and helpful!We felt very comfortable and would book there again at any time.The worse reviews are for meIn no way understandable.

Clean and cozy accommodation. We had apartment number 1 with a double bed, wardrobe, “living room”, kitchen and a large bathroom. We enjoyed the warm summer nights on the covered outdoor terrace. Wesemanns even offer various drinks and snacks from the fridge. For me the price-performance ratio is right.

Great accommodation, it was clean and had everything you needed. There is a small terrace outside where you can sit comfortably. You were welcomed here very warmly and asked if anything was missing. We'll be back. Many thanks to the Wesemann family. 👍

Bright and very practically furnished apartments. Quiet location, almost village character, friendly and reserved landlord. Unfortunately there are no cooking utensils in the kitchen, so bring your own. Otherwise highly recommended, I'll be back.

We had booked a room because it was my girlfriend's birthday, we asked in advance by phone whether a friend could come for a short gift presentation and birthday discussion, which was fine over the phone, there were only 30 !!!!! Minutes to greet each other and have something to eat together before we wanted to explore Berlin at night, we had Bavarian food with us and wanted to make a quick snack when the lady of the house came and loudly greeted us!!!! explained that it's not possible to eat in here, let alone discuss something, kicked our friend out and explained to us that the kitchen wasn't intended for heating up food.....????AHA.....5 minutes later Then the man of the house came over, gave us our money and asked us to leave the house in 30 minutes otherwise the police would come... very cool after 700 km of driving for something that had actually been clarified, we didn't have any Turned on music or made noise in some way.....just wanted to eat and then leave the house anyway. Well then we stood in front of the door at 8 p.m. in the freezing cold, with no place to stay. These people are choleric and beyond any reality, normal, calm Impossible to speak!!!! I can't recommend it, just outrageous!!! In addition, the water in the shower was only lukewarm, the great, unusable kitchen was dirty, leftover food on the forks and knives... strange when you don't eat allowed, had to rinse everything off first......tablecloth full of old crumbs and edges of cups, ugh stains on the floor. We then found a small hotel nearby, these people should perhaps consider not offering guest service, bottom drawer!! !!!

Phoned, emailed, booked, everything was fine...Until we were thrown out. Many people will now think "well, if you can't behave...", but that wasn't the point. I was in a double room with my best friend and we had previously discussed over the phone whether it would be a problem if two friends came over, which was answered in the negative. However, when they were here there was only shouting and telling us to pack our things and leave. COVID measures... understandable, but it really couldn't have been more unfriendly.

Very clean and comfortable, yes. But the service is not that great. Were thrown out for allegedly disregarding the Corona rules, even though everyone was proven to be fully vaccinated and boosted.My diabetic friend, who had traveled 800 km, was thrown into the freezing cold. It doesn't work at all.

A beautiful guesthouse. The double room we booked is an apartment with a balcony. Large, bright, modern, very tastefully furnished, everything is color coordinated, even the decoration. Absolute feel-good atmosphere. Kitchenette, Smart TV, WiFi. Quiet location, good tram and bus connections, supermarket nearby. The entire property is well maintained and beautifully landscaped. There is a nice seating area outside for guests. The landlords are friendly and helpful. Overall, we were only positively surprised and would stay there again at any time.

Very nice facility. Very nicely done. Unfortunately the toilet and shower were not clean. The cleaning lady must have forgotten. There were pee stains and hair on the toilet seat. The shower apparently hasn't been cleaned for a while. There was also hair and soap residue there. The towels smelled. I had the impression that they hadn't been changed. The furniture was very dusty. Not for allergy sufferers. Apparently there is no WiFi there either and unfortunately there was no mention of a refrigerator where you could buy drinks. We saw it by chance.The two stars are only there because there is a smoking room with a fireplace that was actually lit. The firewood was chopped laminate and wood with plastic wheels on it. Maybe you should think a little about the environment. Next time we will definitely look for another place to sleep.

At the office it says that they are supposed to be on site and no one opens the door. When I called I was told "Today is not an arrival day so we are not in the office"
