I've been to this hotel several times, I just think it's great and will go there again, the food in the morning and evening is very tasty and the staff is very, very friendly, this time I treated myself to a massage and it was really very good, I can only recommend

Super nice staff, but the spa area could offer a little more. I don't think there are two saunas and a whirlpool or water jets in the pool would also be nice. I also missed the opportunity and the offer for the evening. But the place is very nice, super close to the beach and within walking distance of everything. Very relaxing. I would come again.

We were in this charming hotel for the fourth time. We particularly like the fact that a lot of the staff are "old" acquaintances. This suggests a good working atmosphere, which the guest also feels. Keep it up, we'll be back.

Very nice hotel with a location close to the beach.The hotel rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. The staff is friendly and helpful. The buffets are rich and varied. The various meeting rooms are well equipped.

nice hotel with good value for money. Professionally but North German, calmly run. The architecture is simple, almost Bauhaus-like, but nice and bright. The rooms have good mattresses, nice high ceilings, spacious bathrooms and large windows. Our rooms had a friendly view of the park-like area around the hotel. Everything was very clean. The pool is also nice and bright with high-quality stone tiles and quite large for a hotel pool, so you can swim lengths. The saunas are also spacious. There is an organic and a dry sauna. We thought the bike rental service was great. The bikes were normal city bikes, but well maintained and fairly priced at €8/bike/d. Collected the key at reception, put it in the bike room on the ground floor and set off - it was very easy. This further enhanced the situation for us. Although the hotel is only about 100m from the beach, it would be quite a walk to Dierhagen Dorf and Dierhagen Strand without bikes. There was also a room for your own bikes and from there you can go on beautiful bike tours. We also found the usable sports hall with table tennis/basketball and volleyball cool. We didn't have our children with us but with kids in bad weather it's definitely worth it.We found the breakfast and dinner buffets tasty and plentiful and the service was great.Now the only point of criticism: Unfortunately the dining room has the charm of a canteen! (if you know that the hotel was once a rehabilitation clinic, you might think that the room was largely taken over as such) I found the lighting particularly problematic, which was particularly problematic. made evenings uncomfortable. My advice to the hotel management: Replace the cold white LED ceiling lighting with a few warm white natural (CRI >=90!) LED spotlights that illuminate the beautiful oak floor, the wooden tables and the walls directed downwards. The salad and dessert display would also need to be warmly lit. That would make a huge difference. Apart from this downer, it's a great hotel. We would come back at any time.

Rooms and bathrooms a bit sad, lack of decoration and coziness, pictures and wallpaper would help, breakfast room is reminiscent of a canteen, the breakfast terrace is beautiful, but places are limited, staff and service are very good in all areas
