The ambience of the dining rooms is beautiful. The outdoor dining area doesn't detract from this either. Everything historical in the old wooden building. For me, cuddly and beautiful! The service is very good and customer oriented. Difficult situations are dealt with by solving problems. The food was good, middle-class and plentiful. Prices are moderate. All in all perfect. Gladly again !

Very good accommodation before the border with Switzerland. The food was very tasty and the breakfast was also very good. The host was very nice and helpful, even when the dining room was full. Good location for excursions in the area, popular with motorcyclists.

We were there as a motorcycle group. The rooms are TOP. Wonderful. Walter (head of the restaurant/management) is really the best host you can imagine. Reserved a table for us in advance. His team is very helpful. From appetizer to bedside table. Everything is great. My recommendation is the Löwenplatte!!!

We were registered for dinner with a small group. Food was tasty, service good. Unfortunately, despite the indication of intolerance, there was a sliced tomato on the "greetings of the house" and on the plate of the main course as decoration. Price/performance is right. Notes on additives/gluten are stated in the menu, sauces/vegetables are generally gluten-free. Plenty of parking spaces available.

Not recommended!First we had to wait ages for the food we ordered, then three waitresses were unable to bring us ketchup, so we went to the counter ourselves. Nobody actually ever came to our table, so we were thirsty for a long time and finally had to go to the counter ourselves.Dogs are not allowed, which of course makes the economy unattractive for animal lovers.The fact that you can choose between three vegan dishes is very progressive, but unfortunately the food was not well seasoned and eating a cruelty-free dish among ten stuffed animals definitely reduces your appetite.Never again.

Super nice room and for once it was still warm (unlike many other hotels this winter) when I moved in in the middle afternoon. Breakfast was very good, finally once again with good and crunchy bakery rolls, not the usual cheap goods (otherwise often from Aldi or Lidl). The fact that I wasn't particularly satisfied in the restaurant was due to the quality of the meat and the lack of courage to season it (in my opinion, with a mustard sauce you should be able to taste the mustard and everything was almost salt-free, which in this case I was able to make up for myself). Service after breakfast was a bit inattentive, but overall this restaurant is highly recommended, especially the hotel with the beautifully furnished rooms.

Home-style Baden cuisine, friendly service. Here the boss still cooks himself! One of the increasingly rare good restaurants with regional cuisine and dishes. Cozy atmosphere and affordable prices. Definitely recommended!
