On Sunday for lunch at the Gasthaus Adler in Schopfheim. This wasn't our first visit to the restaurant, we could have written half a dozen 5* reviews. This time seasonal game and savoy cabbage vegetables, with Burgundy red wine sauce. The vegetables were delicately seasoned and had a bit of a bite, the meat was fried to perfection and the price/performance ratio was very acceptable. The service is professional, friendly and unobtrusive, completely customer-friendly and the Adler Restaurant is a real recommendation for lovers of regional, down-to-earth, fresh and skilful cuisine. Always my pleasure.

We were at the Hotel Gasthaus Adler in Schopfheim just to eat and had a gourmet salad. In terms of taste, it was really excellent and prepared to a high quality. However, I found the price of the salad a bit too high to be honest. Apart from that, everything was great - the atmosphere was cozy and the service was friendly and attentive

This hotel impresses above all with its excellent team. Every single employee is attentive, courteous and friendly, early in the morning until late in the evening. The atmosphere throughout the house is very warm and welcoming.The boss himself also takes care of individual concerns. So we couldn't find a parking space at the hotel for our car with trailer. With great confidence, Mr. B. freed up his own parking space for us.

We stayed at the Adler for dinner and an overnight stay. There are only positive things to report about the advice, the food, the service, the room and the breakfast buffet. Our dog also felt comfortable. Everything went well.

I've eaten at Adler with my employees several times and I always enjoy going there. I've also been to a wedding there and the parties are also very well organized and executed.I can say with conviction that it is always excellent, whether for private or business purposes.The food was great, the staff was great, and the price was absolutely great.I can only give my recommendation.Keep it up!!!👏🏽

Have visited so many times and always left more than satisfied. We recommend! Great value for money, the dishes are consistently great. The waitresses are always so accommodating, friendly and you immediately feel at home. The atmosphere is simply cozy and always invites you back. Whether with friends, business lunch or family with children. As far as possible, they fulfill many “extra” wishes, such as spontaneous additional chairs or children's chairs or a change in the meal. For me, one of the best restaurants in the entire area. 😊
