The furnishings in the rooms are functional but nothing special, old carpet and dusty dried flowers, the towels smell absolutely musty, luckily I had brought one from home.There was a good selection at breakfast, but it was a mixed bag with various colorful tablecloths.There was still food residue on the teaspoon and it wasn't replaced for three days.The only good thing about the guesthouse is the great view of the castle.I cannot recommend this accommodation.

Were here as fitters. Good simple rooms with large bathrooms. Breakfast buffet with fresh bread rolls and nice conversation with the owner. Nice view of the castle. Again and again at any time.

A really great guesthouse not far from the city center. Great room, large bathroom with walk-in shower, comfortable bed and great breakfast. The landlords always have a tip up their sleeve. Parking in the backyard and stable WiFi rounded off the stay.

Good family pension. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast may not be very varied, but you definitely won’t leave hungry. The location is not for everyone, in principle it’s not far from the center, but a little out of the way, and even if you’re not driving, it’s a hill to climb. Bus stop nearby. But the view from the yard is amazing, right opposite on the hill is Wernigerode Castle (for those who don’t know, the film “That Same Munchausen” was filmed there). Overall, I highly recommend it.Smile, gentlemen, smile :) (c)

We had two lovely days in Wernigerode. From the guesthouse you have a wonderful view of the castle and the old town is very easy to reach on foot. The room was clean and the breakfast was completely sufficient. Thank you!

The guesthouse and town were very nice. The rooms are attractively furnished and clean. Regardless of the current situation, the owner took great care of all guests and was helpful in every way. The rolls for breakfast could really have been fresher or not so crispy, but otherwise everything else met our needs. Well, there's something different that's nice... Rooms aren't particularly special, just for overnight stays. Sofa unusable.Breakfast doesn't blow your mind... rolls very hard, cheap cheese/sausageCould do something more with itBreakfast doesn't have to be expensive, but it does have to be a little more loving, which will be better received by the guests. I can't really say anything positive about feeling good......Sorry, but it's something else that's nice

We felt very well looked after! The rooms are very spacious and functionally furnished with fantastic beds. A good starting point for any activity. Our hostess was very friendly, whether on the phone or in the guesthouse. She gives a lot of tips for excursions.

Even during Corona times, the stay at Haus Andrea was relaxed and relaxing. Cozy and generously sized rooms, a sumptuous breakfast with lots of homemade food and, above all, the great location with a view of Wernigerode Castle and short distances to the old town or for hiking made for a great holiday experience. I'd love to come back!
