A run-down accommodation, the pillows are just a lump, mattress with stains, doors are stuck, bed linen stinks, the whole room too, cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, so I'm wondering how you can offer something …

We stayed at Sennhütte 9 and it was terrible. We didn't feel comfortable at all. The accommodation is very run down. In the pictures there is more appearance than reality. It's all very dirty. Even the bed linen had stains... The pillows are very terrible and there was hair everywhere from previous guests. The faucet in the bathroom at the sink was very loose and calcified. The shower hose on the tub is very leaky and needs to be replaced. The apartmenthas a very unpleasant smell. I pointed out the deficiencies to the owners several times, but nothing was done. During our stay you could see how the "cleaning man" carried the clean bed linen under his armpit across the "Sennhütte residential park" (he was wearing an armpit shirt). There is no cleaning company/housekeeping!!I can only advise you not to book a stay here!

Price a little expensive.Parking 8.50 euros per night.Room was okayShower only small. showerWiFi was bad at times.The location was on a steep mountain with narrow streets, the walk to the market square was only 7 minutes. but tiringBreakfast was small but nice.I was hoping for more, it looks very elegant in the pictures, but it's not, but the bottom line is that it was completely okay.The staff was very, very nice and polite and helpful - that was more important to me!It was a nice weekend, thank you!

The guesthouse was nice in the pictures, but unfortunately not in reality. The bed linen and towels smelled very unpleasant, as did the whole room. Unfortunately, the windows can only be opened to ventilate. The breakfast was OK. We were very surprised that we received an extra bill for the parking space without asking whether we even needed it. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the guesthouse leaves a lot to be desired and unfortunately no friendly words were to be expected from the owner/employee.It's a shame, we're not demanding and were just looking for a place to sleep, but unfortunately it was anything but a nice stay.

The room was already getting old and was no longer very attractive. There was hair in the whirlpool tub and sink. The glass door to the bathroom isn't that great because you can see everything🙈. Otherwise everything is very noisy. The bed was relatively comfortable to sleep in. Breakfast was okay, although on the second day strangers were sat at our table. All in all, not a second trip to the guesthouse.

650 meters from the old town, however VERY steep uphill. Not recommended if you have difficulty walking. Otherwise, quiet and peaceful hotel with a nice view of the castle.

Very nice apartment. We had booked a normal double room and got a much larger room with 2 bedrooms because we were there for 5 days (very nice of the owner). Everyone is very friendly there. Very close to the city center, but the way back (uphill) was a bit strenuous but doable. We'd love to come back.

Unfortunately the price-performance ratio is not right. 8.50 euros for a parking space is overpriced. Rooms very small and crowded. Very warm bedding. Breakfast very simple, there is still a lot of room for improvement. Name design pension not suitable.Staff was nice and tried hard. Mold stains in the bathroom :-(We wouldn't stay there again.

Nice accommodation on the edge of the old town. Very nice welcome from the super friendly staff. The room was big enough and had a very comfortable bed. The whirlpool tub with experience shower is the highlight in the bathroom, although it is rather small. A very good breakfast buffet is offered in the morning. There is a paid parking space directly in front of the house. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the old town. Since the guesthouse is on a slope, you should be in good shape

Totally fine for one night. The room was big enough with a wonderful view of the castle. Unfortunately, indoor bathrooms with mini windows make it difficult to ventilate, which leads to the bathrooms smelling a bit “stale”.The breakfast was very good, the lady was very nice.

We were there as a couple for 4 days.The room was okay at first glance, but it had nothing to do with a design hotel.When you took a second look, it was a disgrace, €111 a night, the sofa was completely broken and covered with blankets so you couldn't see it.The cleanliness also left a lot to be desired, bed sheets had stains, etc.The location is difficult to reach at the top of the mountain, very difficult for older people. The parking spaces are €8.50 per night, which you have to pay even though you haven't registered for it. The bill is simply left in the room when you are not there.How can it be that the room is entered when you are not there….The breakfast was ok, but the hygiene rules should also be adhered to, not with your bare fingers, where you have just wiped your sniffling nose, and serve the sausage on the tray.Then you are placed at the table with other people at breakfast because there is not enough space and this is ordered with an unfriendly tone.All in all, it's a shame for so much money. The hotel is not worth it!!!No recommendation

We were very disappointed with our stay at the Designerpension Idyll No. 2. First of all, the positive. The view from the room was really nice with a view of the castle. But the situation in general was a catastrophe. The room was very difficult to access on foot, as the guesthouse is relatively high up and the walk there can only be reached via a very steep path. We got a room that didn't match the one we booked and were bitterly disappointed right from the start. The “designer room” was far too small for two people and very uncomfortable. The television works very poorly because the remote control felt unresponsive and the entertainment program on the television is really bad. It's also worth mentioning that the room is really noisy and you can hear everything. We were particularly looking forward to the whirlpool. Here too we were disappointed. The whirlpool worked, but it shouldn't actually have the name whirlpool and didn't correspond to the pictures. You had to shower with a mini shower head, which was really inconvenient. We had mold on one corner (see photo) and the bed linen smelled. Towels could only be washed for an extra fee. There was no daily cleaning. The check in/out was very professional. But the worst was the breakfast. Consisting of cold baked rolls, very limited spreads (e.g. no scrambled eggs etc.) which were touched by the worker with their bare hands, only cold filter coffee on site and juices from the supermarket. In addition, you were packed into a table with others, even though all the other tables were still free. There's a lot more to complain about, but I think this gives a good idea of how bad this guesthouse really is.In summary, the designer guesthouse does not live up to the rating on booking.com and is definitely not worth the money.

The most outrageous and disgusting thing that has ever happened to me, in my opinion absolutely not worth visiting.The owner was so rude and arrogant, I have never been treated so condescendingly.The rooms themselves are nicely furnished, but the cleanliness leaves more to be desired. We didn't even get to enjoy breakfast because we left immediately on the day of arrival. In addition, the parking situation is not the best either, as everything is very narrow. In my opinion the 4 stars are absolutely not justified.We drove over 2 hours, booked for 2 nights and were bitterly disappointed.If you like lying in the bodily fluids of strangers (who previously lived in the room) or if you want to bathe in their pubic hair/body hair, you are welcome to visit this accommodation. There is also a strange smell in the rooms…We first had the wrong room, which was also dirty. After we contacted the owner, he was there promptly, but dealing with us was the last thing. We then got our real room (actually booked), which was more like a disgusting paradise... we were suggested to have it cleaned again, which we accepted... after an hour we came back and what can I say... the hair was still there The tub and the same bed linen were still on it (even with a stain that had just dried out over time). I then contacted the owner again, who immediately came back to the property and wanted to let me know in earnest that the bed linen had been changed (in his presence). The only thing he offered us was another cleaning, where someone would come to clean again at some point, or cancellation, although we chose the latter.
