Spontaneous short break on the farm was absolutely successful.A great old farm in a beautiful location with lots of space.It was only through luck that we spontaneously got a small holiday apartment for three nights and everything we needed was thereneeded here. Little things that we missed were brought straight away, so great service!!!Our kids, ages 2 and 5, love it here.There are ponies, rabbits, goats, cats... and the kids are welcome in the stables at any time. Whether cleaning out or feeding, boss Theo involved them everywhere.The pony rides and tractor driving were a highlight for both of them and we all had a lot of fun.There was also a hay barn and playground and the kids didn't want to go to the holiday apartment in the evening😀The area also offers everything your heart desires. The boss Theo gave us lots of great tips, so we went hiking, swimming, in the Städtle and had some great food...all just a few minutes away.We will definitely come back to unwind with a little farm life.Thank you dear Walk family for the great time on your farm with ❤️

Children's holiday farm with lots of lovely critters...

Nice location, with great views of the mountains. Our apartment is spacious and equipped with everything you need. Theo is a good guy who gives you good and honest tips. Driving a tractor and riding a pony are the highlights. This is our 7th time here and we are always very satisfied. This is the second time this year. And we are still thrilled by both the farm and the great surroundings.

We were camping on the farm with the family and had set up a family tent and a small tent on the meadow. The space was sufficient!The contact in advance was friendly, fair accommodation when we arrived a day late due to illness and in general the farm is fine for children.The playground offers something for all ages, some safety aspects could be improved (the slide has a root in the landing area, the swing is quite wobbly and the cable car only hangs a few centimeters above the ground when loaded...).You're not allowed to look too closely in the play barn - the children loved it, but a lot of the rope attachments are adventurous and some of the transitions from beams to slides etc are quite dangerous... There's also a lot of equipment in the barn, so it's very exciting the children's reason must be able to leave 😉We camped on the meadow - there was a hint beforehand that we shouldn't leave a brown spot on the meadow... (How can you do that with a tent where there is permanent contact with the ground and the tent stands in the same spot for a week , remains a mystery to me as a long-time camper)Before they left, the farmer gave the children a comment: "I hope you leave everything neat and clean!"... OK, maybe that was meant nicely, but the children were irritated by it, as they were just doing it properly had sorted the garbage. Complaints or comments should please be directed to the adults.The sanitary facilities were basically very simple and rustic, but usable.However, not only did we campers use them (as the farmer previously assured us and expected reliable cleanliness from us!), but also other guests on the farm used them several times a day (toilet as well as the shower!) without leaving it clean - throughout the week Unfortunately, they apparently weren't cleaned once, stains in the sink and on the floor in front of the toilet were evidence of this throughout the week (fortunately toilet paper was replenished)... It's a shame, given the price for the parking space on a meadow (45€/ night) we would have expected more service...After three days, the beautiful mountain panorama was unfortunately obstructed by a new, high carport... Well, you could still see it a few meters up the hill...Unfortunately, pony riding and tractor driving only officially took place twice during our 1-week stay (the farmer gave many helpful tips for excursions during this time), and of course the children were totally disappointed about that. Here, too, the price per night seemed quite high to us, as the program was not offered every day, which might have justified the price...The two goats could only be petted through a fence and the rabbits in the stable.Unfortunately, the farmer could not be reached for several days to discuss the few points listed personally...The location of the farm is ideal as a starting point for activities in the eastern Allgäu! The forest adventure center in Füssen is highly recommended for children between 1 and 12 years old. The Alpspitzberg and the Kappler Alp are worth a day of hiking! And the Schwalten Weiher offers a welcome way to cool off near the farm! The high ropes park near Nesselwangen is also great!Conclusion: We will definitely travel to the Allgäu again and then choose another accommodation...

Very nice area, nice farm, very nice people. A bit of a rustic atmosphere is also part of it.There is pony riding and tractor driving for children.For wet days there is an old hay barn with swings, a slide and a games room accessible via a ladder.Let's see what the days will be like. Very nice farm, with a great view over the Allgäu (to the Zugspitze). Very family friendly. The apartment (we had the attic apartment) is spacious and has everything you need (cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster). Free WiFi is also included. For the children there is an outdoor playground, a play barn, a games room and of course the stable. The animals in the stable (rabbits and ponies) can be petted and fed. In the morning there is pony riding and tractor driving. There is also a lot of excursion destinations in the immediate area. We had a great time. We will come again!

We went to Theo's for the first time when my daughter turned 3 and this year she turned 19. Since then we have been to the farm at least twice a year and I will definitely go there with my grandchildren if Theo and theirs last that long Despite the unfairly bad reviews they keep writing. You shouldn't forget it's a farm in the country and not a star hotel in the city. So if there's a cobweb in the room, take the broom away. If something's broken or dirty or anything else, just chat to Theo and it'll be taken care of promptly We just mentioned in passing that there were a lot of mosquitoes/snails in the room again, less than 10 minutes later Theo brought us something. So please talk first and don't write bad reviews straight away. Theo is really good with children and the children like him. I've never seen a child cry at him. He goes pony riding and bulldog driving for the children almost every day and he does it with passion, chatting to the parents at the same time. No matter what you have, Theo helps wherever he can. He also gives tips for excursions It's always plentiful. The apartments aren't necessarily very modern, but I don't expect that on a farm either. Everything you need is there and always in sufficient quantity and if you're missing a wine glass like we are, go to Theo's etc You already have what you want. The farm is a paradise for children (who can be children). Starting with the playground, hay bouncy castle in the barn, play room with table football, table tennis, billiards and smaller toys, right up to the fleet of vehicles in the farm There are ponies, little rabbits and goats. Not to mention the wonderful surroundings. No car noise, just nature. In the evenings you can watch the stars, it's so beautiful. There are more than enough excursions you can make in the surrounding area. One more thing should be mentioned, For those who say ... the farmer would be overwhelmed ... Theo runs the farm almost alone, does all the caretaking work, takes care of the guests and animals and is always there for everyone and always has an open word. All I can say is, Theo, keep it up, no matter what some complainers write here. You have so many regular guests who always like to come to you. Thank you for always wonderful holidays with you.

Holiday farm with atmosphere! There are lots of great play opportunities and tractor rides! The children also like being close to the ponies, goats and rabbits. This means the children are happy and the parents also have a relaxing holiday! The location is perfect for varied excursions in the surrounding area, and the view of the mountains is wonderful!

We had a great time at the holiday farm. An absolute paradise for children. A lot of effort was made to keep children busy (great playground, great play barn, games room). TheThe landlord offers pony rides and tractor rides and is always very friendly and gives good tips.

Nice, very quiet location, nice landlord who is also present, fun tractor ride. There is a varied playground. The absolute highlight is the games barn! We had a lovely family time on the farm.
