We stayed at the Hotel Pfälzer Hof Wernigerode from September 14th to September 15th, 2924. Rooms were clean and tidy. The bathroom was a bit neglected and the shower drain was so blocked that the shower tray overflowed.The breakfast itself was okay, but the breakfast room was rather rustic.It was disturbing that the cleaning staff walked through the breakfast room in work clothes with full garbage bags, dustpans filled with dirt and rubber gloves. That really put a damper on the enjoyment of breakfast.

Unfriendly staff Room dirty and too small the bathroom was full of hair.And to top it off, we had booked the hotel in the afternoon and wanted to arrive in the evening and the person we booked with over the phone then booked another one so that we stood at the door for 2 hours at night trying to find a solution.But the price was paid in full. In the morning we heard that the dogs weren't allowed to sleep there, only in the other hotel and these were then charged forSo we'll never come to you again. Regiohotel is now taboo for us

Very small rooms with really small bathrooms and sometimes poor WiFi reception. The breakfast, the cleanliness, a kettle in the room with two teas and two coffees and two bottles of water are positive. Useful for one night

Ideally located hotel for a visit to the Harz area. We stayed 3 nights in the Holtemme holiday home and were quite satisfied. Of course there are areas for improvement, where not. Idea of the key with lockers is good, but didn't work perfectly. Parking spaces are a bit limited, but that's not a disaster either. Breakfast was perfectly fine! A bit noisy at times.

At first glance everything was great, but only at first glance. The couch resembled a dirty wooden bench, in the bathroom there was mold as far as the eye could see. The hygiene bag and facial tissue dispenser was empty. When we arrived we had half a roll of toilet paper. We then bought our own. Cobwebs in every room. Glasses were made from 5 different types. There was no cleaning all these days. Yes, the trash bag was changed. You also had to be quick at breakfast, otherwise eggs, juice and fruit would be out of stock. And the worst thing, I only met one woman at the reception who spoke German. It's a shame, but we won't be coming back!!!

A purely German-speaking reception is not always available. The rooms are very small. Under. The hotel rooms are mainly located in the attic. There is a roof window with shading. Heating through the position under the roof. The rooms are very different. Preparation of beds not to hotel standards. Towels and soaps available and absolutely OK. Rooms will only be made upon submission of an order. Breakfast simple standard. Quantities are sufficient. Cleanliness below standard.

As a family, we lived in two apartments in the Pfälzer Hof. Basically, FeWo Holtemme is shabby, unkempt and neglected. The toilet is not screwed on tightly, so it jerks back and forth every time it is used, the faucet in the shower is connected the wrong way around (cold to hot water, warm to cold water). In the kitchen we found the previous tenants' dishes washed but not put away. You look for sockets in vain and only find them sporadically - there is no one to be found anywhere on the beds. This is simply impractical and, in times of smartphone use, is not appropriate for the alarm function, for example. The outdoor area has seating, but we didn't have a table outside. It's loveless, the plants in the pots dry out. We were also very disappointed with the cleanliness - cobwebs, fly droppings, dried red wine stains... you didn't want to walk through the apartment barefoot or in stockings. The employees present were friendly but incapable of action, one could also say indifferent. It must be said that the reception is only staffed temporarily and therefore there is no one who feels responsible here or is responsible at all. The breakfast was OK, but nothing more (but corresponds to the standard of a guesthouse). The location of the hotel is good, quiet and you can walk to the old town in 15-20 minutes. Overall, the price-performance ratio of the hotel is not right. Our family will certainly not book a regional hotel again. A pity.

We were there with friends for a weekend and the rooms weren't ready when we arrived. When we got the key we noticed that only the beds had been newly made. The rest of the room wasn't cleaned and the rooms for 2 people are really small.I have decided that I will no longer visit the Regioholets.

Nice clean and comfortable room. Unfortunately the staff hadn't left a key to the room in the keybox outside when we arrived, so what was meant to be an easy self-service check-in was a lot of hassle. We had to ring and get a code for the box and then waited 2 hours for somebody to drive to the hotel with the key. Also had to ring 3 times to find out what was happening and the staff on the helpline didnt speak English, so communication was rather difficult.Good price, but when the system doesnt work it left us feeling quite frustrated.

A cheap hotel. A bit impersonal if you arrive after 6 p.m. as there is no one there anymore. Our room was not fully cleaned - used glasses and empty water bottles. Rooms are very small. Some of the employees don't speak German and are still being trained. Overall, a concept that we don't like.

The key for each apartment is in the corresponding safe (this safe hangs on the wall outside).The bathroom is comfortable and is enough for two people at the same time.The hotel has a great location and a great view of the water through apartment 4.The only problem is that there are not enough parking spaces for guests.For us it wasn't a problem that the dishwasher was broken because we can wash up 🌞

Really a great stay. We had a small apartment right next to the stream. In the morning they even brought us breakfast to the apartment. The apartment was very comfortable and well maintained. A dream!

Highly recommended for the price and what it offers, the breakfast is very good and abundant, they bring it to your room, the key is in some boxes that you have to put the pin that they send you, and we were confused because room 1 was not the first box but like the third.

We had a nice, clean room or two rooms with a refrigerator...coffee maker and toaster and complete dishes for four people...there was also a small, well-kept bathroom...we had breakfast delivered to our door every morning at 7⁰⁰ and it There was plenty of sausage and cheese... jam... butter and a little fruit like grapes and plums... there was also a little green cucumber... very plentiful. Vegans will probably have to order their breakfast...We both loved it...

Rip off. Bed dilapidated, bathroom too narrow. Ikea furniture. Reception not manned in the afternoon. Never again. Canceled!!!We feel ripped off!
