The holiday apartment is very modern with lots of wood. This is exactly why we felt very comfortable because it was simply cozy. There was more than enough space for the two of us and there was a balcony. …

Positive: Very well equipped suite, clean and warm.Negative: The instruction after check-in was very poor because the foreign employee unfortunately barely spoke German. The parking space allocation was also catastrophic because it was not organized! Every day we somehow had to park wherever there was space. But that wasn't always possible either! Once we were parked so that we couldn't leave at all and had to reschedule. We were there in the third week of January, when there was up to 5cm of fresh snow every day. The parking areas directly at the house, which actually included ours, were hardly cleared, as was the path to our suite. (It only got a little better after a telephone complaint to the owner in Hamburg)The suite itself was actually very well equipped, but unfortunately very noisy, which was very detrimental for us, who really wanted to relax in undisturbed peace and quiet for a week. You could hear every step and for example. Every chair was pushed above us by the holidaymakers, so that going to bed earlier was hardly possible. In the bedroom of our suite number 3, you could also hear a constant humming/humming noise. This also inevitably led to restless sleep. We didn't take the breakfast offered by the owner because it was just way too expensive for us at around 33 euros a day (for two people). That's why we brought our departure forward by one day!We could perhaps tolerate these points if a day in this suite (without everything) had cost not over 116 euros, but perhaps 60 or 70 euros. We certainly won't vacation there again and won't recommend it to anyone in our circle.

Perfect for a short vacation! Clean (except for a few cobwebs in the corners, the vacuum cleaner helped, but that's unavoidable in a wooden house), really well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Simply great! Very nice breakfast with selected Italian sausage and ham and really great cheese. All around a successful accommodation concept.

We stayed in the Welness suite with 2 people at the end of October. The suites are beautiful, luxurious, everything is there and they are spacious. Parking is easy, and you can open the parking lot chain yourself with a key or numerical code. What we found a pity in the suite: the room temperature could not be colder than 21 degrees, even if you set the heating to 17 or 18 degrees. This is probably due to the restaurant underneath, which allows the heat to rise from the restaurant. comes. But it was very hot inside, which was certainly not pleasant for sleeping and we had to open the windows together to let it cool down a bit. What we also found annoying is that you feel the bass from the music system downstairs from the restaurant and hear it rumbling through the floor in the suite, and that only stops as soon as the restaurant closes. We like peace and quiet and that bass sound is quite annoying for hours.Furthermore, there was nothing to criticize about the suite and we had a very nice holiday. The Bergwald suites are furnished with taste and compliments for this! The Montevino restaurant below is also highly recommended for a meal! And an extra thank you to the restaurant manager who came to help us very quickly when the smoke detector in the kitchen went off while cooking. (The smoke detectors hang super high on the ceilings and you have to push them out with a telescopic stick, but we didn't know that).
