I have been a guest at the Rosenegger family for many years. Very friendly, everything is super clean. The view from the balcony is fantastic. I had to end my last visit early (because there was a tradesman at home), which I didn't like. Mr. Rosenegger responded to this without any problems. Thank you again for that. Monika Berndt

Very nice and warm owners! I was able to extend it spontaneously. The room with a balcony was very comfortable with a view of the mountains and there was a delicious breakfast! Great value for money for the region! Thank you, dear Rosenegger family

This B&B is very nice. We stayed with our family. We had 2 rooms. 1 room had a shower and toilet. The other one can use the shower and bathroom in the hallway.Rooms are very clean, there is a refrigerator at the hallway to use.There is also free WiFi.The views from the rooms with balcony are stunning.In the village Traunstein is a very good Italian restaurant.

The reception was very friendly and simple. The rustic and cozy room is completed by the spectacular view. A simple but delicious breakfast completes the offer. All in all a very pleasant stay 👍👍

Very nice room. The only drawback is the toilet and shower in the hallway. But that's just for the room. Breakfast is sufficient, there is more if desired. Quiet location, parking spaces available. I'd love to come back

The guesthouse is located in a suburb of Traunstein in a quiet settlement. The room's furnishings were a bit older. The bed creaked with every movement. Since it was in the attic, ventilation was not always possible. Only a trickle came from the faucet at the sink. The owners advertise their facility as a bed and breakfast. This was very sporadic and boring. Every day the same small number of sausages and cheese (counted). Same with the rolls (only baked goods, although there is a great bakery in the neighboring town). The only drinks served were coffee or tea. The daily egg was always cold. No trace of water, milk or OJ, no vegetable or fruit side dishes, no yoghurt or quark, no muesli, no other types of sausage or cheese (cream or processed cheese). I've experienced much better. Maybe interesting for those who make a quick decision or only stay for a few days. WiFi can be used free of charge. Signing in went smoothly on all devices, but it wasn't always stable. It stopped frequently, sometimes for a short time, sometimes for up to an hour, regardless of whether it was a smartphone, tablet or laptop. Since I was there for a long time, I expected a lot more for the price, plus no price tiers for single rooms!
