Service was very nice and on point. Breakfast small but nice.A craftsman would have had to go through our room first. Wall lamps and towel holders, for example, were sagging.

Kolpinghaus Openair is not bad but the drink prices are a bit outrageousE.g. a mixed drink with cola €5.5!!! You can also overdo it.It's a shame, it's a deterrent.

Great service, nice and accommodating, even to the children. The room was a bit old, especially the toilet seat was crooked. A bit noisy in the evening when the windows are opened through the beer garden. One evening there was a bowling team that rang through the entire hotel. But overall it's ok. A few minutes walk into the city. Hotel without air conditioning and refrigerator, so it was warm

The location is very nice in the center, the service is very pleasant, they think along well. The room is a bit older, but clean and everything works fine. Had a nice breakfast. In short, fine.

Been there one night - that's enough to never want to go back!In the hotel room we were greeted by a broken mirror, an empty beer bottle in the closet and the wall next to the bed was completely scratched. After complaining to the hotel manager, we got the mirror repaired and were offered a free drink per person... His reason for the mistake was that his cleaning lady was simply too small to look into the closet upstairs. Oh well...At the same time as our overnight stay at the Kolpinghaus there was a big celebration that we didn't know about until we checked in. The loudness of the party made it impossible to sleep, and the smell of nicotine could be felt all the way up to the first floor, which I found very unpleasant as a non-smoker. Unfortunately, one of the party guests decided to continue the party in the hotel hallway on the first floor in front of our room. Throughout the night he roared in the hallway directly in front of the room, and by 5 a.m. it was "luckily" just vomiting noises... In the morning for breakfast, when we opened the door to the room, we were greeted by a nice smell of vomit...All in all, I would definitely NOT recommend the Kolpinghaus, but I would like to positively mention that the breakfast was rich and pleasant, and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, peace and relaxation were out of the question.

Everything works here, from cleanliness, food, hospitality, really great! I have to say a few words about Deniz, she is such a hard-working waitress, she makes the best breakfasts in all of Lingen! She's always in a good mood, she does what several people can't do together! See you soon dear Harald, Deniz and everyone else in the beautiful Kolpinghaus! 🥰🙏❤️

the location of the hotel is very good. Located right in the city center, everything is within walking distance. There is storage space for bicycles. Also charging option for e-bikes.The rooms are fine. The bathroom was modern. The staff was very attentive. Breakfast was good.Price-performance fits.

I'll start with the positive before moving on to the negative points. The hotelier welcomed me and was very friendly and helpful. I think the location of the hotel is also very good. Unfortunately, that's it for my positive points.I was there on a business trip and had to do some work and calls on the computer in the evening. This was virtually impossible until around 10 p.m. because a music group seemed to be rehearsing right in the building next door and the noise could be heard very clearly in my room. When I finally wanted to go to sleep, I discovered that somewhere in or on the building a motor or something similar was constantly running and these vibrations were even transferred to the bed. I slept a total of 1.5 hours that night because the roaring was just so loud and constant.In my opinion, the bathroom wasn't cleaned sufficiently, the kettle in the room was still full of water and the cobwebs in every corner couldn't be overlooked. Very unfortunate.
