Very nice guesthouse with great service. The location is perfect for tours in the surrounding area and also to Austria. The breakfast left nothing to be desired and was very cozy. Our room was always very clean and was cleaned daily. We cannot understand negative recessions. We will definitely recommend this guesthouse without reservation.

Scary! We have never been welcomed like this before. We traveled with our 3 year old son.4 x ring and wait. The door opens a crack. You know the lady from Hansel & Gretel?: "Yes, please? Are you traveling with a child? We don't take children. I think you'd better continue traveling." Shocked, all we could do was say, “We think so too.”We were back in the car and spent three hours looking for accommodation in the evening because everything was fully booked. A landlord in Ruhpolding kindly organized something for us so that our toddler could finally get a bed at 10 p.m. after a 6-hour journey.Unbelievable to this day because I booked 2 adults and 1 baby via booking.com. The tissue should be removed from such monsters. After reading the other comments, it ended up being a good idea not to check in.

Super cute, clean and inexpensive hotel.The three of us spontaneously went to Lake Chiemsee and got a room there despite the high season.It's a bit away from the lake, but the bus and train connection is ok for the "DB".We are very satisfied.

Unfriendly reception, Wi-Fi for a fee, no card payment possible. The main entrance can only be opened from the inside and outside with the room key. Escape routes in the event of a fire are therefore closed... Danger to life and limb!!! Bathroom very narrow, unkempt condition, dirty wallpaper.A positive note: there were several layers of toilet paper, but there were only two sheets left on the toilet paper roll when we arrived

The hotel is in very bad condition. The front door is permanently locked, which is very questionable in terms of fire protection. Furthermore, you will be greeted very unfriendly if you use the door that was left open by another guest. In the same way, charging the e-bike battery at night or when you are away is very rudely prohibited.Payment by card is also not possible, which was not mentioned upon arrival. As a result, we had to take a significant detour on our bikes and the resulting delay.Finally, I would like to mention that there were still 2 sheets of toilet paper on the toilet paper roll when we moved into the room and you can hit yourself everywhere in the bathroom because it feels like it's 1x1 meter in size and was built for children.

Great location for excursions (bicycle, hiking, Chiemsee). Landlady is super nice. Room with balcony clean and sufficient, bathroom a little small. Beds are great. Breakfast (especially the coffee) was great. Price performance at 95 euros per night in a double room with breakfast unbeatable in the high season.

Shabby, musty rooms in the style of the 70s and strange rules (room keys are not allowed to be taken with you, the husband also likes to open the door at night, checkout at 10 a.m. without exception) overall not very inviting, you are constantly being watched, but surprisingly expensive. Everything is always completed. Children are not welcome. It's really amazing how hotels like this can survive. There are better alternatives around the corner…

Nice hotel to look at, within walking distance of some restaurants, spacious but dated rooms, small bathroom with a scary shower curtain. Breakfast was fine, but the owner was not very friendly, although she did her best. Well located for onward travel to Italy

Cheap hotel, but very outdated. Friendly welcome. What's not possible: doors locked at night, you can't get out if there's a fire, only with a key! Danger to life in an emergency! A case for the fire brigade or the trade inspectorate!

We spent a short vacation at the Bergener Hof.The hostess is very nice and accommodating. The guesthouse is clean and everything you need is there.Bergen is very centrally located and you can quickly reach Lake Chiemsee and Austria.All in all we were very satisfied.

Such an unfriendly oneIt's a disgrace to ask for WiFi for 1 MB 1.49. You'll also be locked up on holy daysWell, I'm at a loss for words. I stopped in the 70s and everything was done, everything was old and worn out

A lovingly run, very clean family hotel, at the foot of the Hochfelln. Cable car almost in front of the door.Very good parking options. Individual breakfast (no buffet). Lovely again!!June 16 - June 19, 2022
