We often go to the Hainturm for a house beer, which tastes very good.We're actually rarely there to eat.Now we were in the mood for a schnitzel again and we weren't disappointed at all. Meat was from the pan and not the deep fryer, thinly breaded, fries were really tasty and the salad from the salad buffet was self-service. Price absolutely fine. You really can't complain.And even the restaurant room was at a pleasant temperature. We have experienced something different in the Warburg area in recent weeks. You can then voluntarily give a euro energy subsidy that was not required.A big thank you to the owner family (daughter, father and mother!)Please hold on! The idea of only being open from Friday to Sunday in winter will certainly pay off.Thank you for a pleasant evening!

We were dining in the restaurant. Nice service and very tasty food. Salad is part of the meal, which you can put together yourself. Price performance ratio is okay.

The beer was too warm, there was no more game and only one type of fish.The cooling of the beer was corrected, special requests were addressed and the service was very accommodating.The food was very good and visually well presented.And it's better to remove something from the menu than to have to destroy food afterwards.However, it would be an advantage to let the customer know what is no longer available before ordering, as this saves time and irritation.

We happened to drive past the restaurant and had dinner there. The food was freshly prepared, tasted very good and the beer from a private brewery was tasty. The lady who served us was extremely nice and attentive. We can highly recommend the grill plate and the currywurst. Price-performance ratio fits.

Here is my review for the Restaurant zum Hainturm. I don't know the hotel business and that's why it's left out.The restaurant is located in Ossendorf directly on the main road (B7). There is a spacious restaurant area with around 120 seats (see photo), as well as a bar area and a small guest garden. The interior seems a bit outdated. All in all, it is a very clean and well-kept location. I felt very comfortable both indoors and outdoors. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and I also got to know the owner as a sociable and competent host.The range of dishes meets the expectations for a rural restaurant (see link to the menu) and leaves almost nothing to be desired. Apart from the usual candidates from the convenience corner (fries, croquettes, etc.), everything seems to be freshly prepared. This can also be seen in the fact that reorders and special requests are no problem and are implemented perfectly.In terms of taste, all of the dishes so far have been rated as very good. I personally find the quality of the meat to be outstanding.In summary, not 5 star cuisine, but very tasty and solid cooking that I will continue to explore more often in the future.The Restaurant zum Hainturm in Ossendorf gets my recommendation.
