Excellently located in beautiful nature. The house is located directly on a stream, which is particularly refreshing in summer. The house and garden are always kept in a clean condition. Parking spaces for apartments are right in front of the front door. Shops are 30 minutes away on foot.The rooms would have received 5 stars if the kitchen had been a little larger. There was no microwave, oven or dishwasher. When showering, you also have to be careful not to spill too much water.However, the owners are very helpful and are happy to help out (e.g. with a small portable oven or additional trash cans for waste separation).Highly recommended.

Always a wonderful experience, the holiday with Loni with her whole family. We like the house very much 👍. A wonderful outdoor area outside of the town. We are already looking forward to the end of April. A post-vacation addition to this beautiful home. The stay in May was again excellent. Nothing has changed in the last few years. We immediately felt comfortable again. Our little grandson was also so happy about the balance bike, which was taken from the attic and repaired especially for him. This is hospitality. We'll definitely be back.

I would go back immediately! Clean rooms with everything you need. Ms. Plenk was very nice and always quick to answer questions. The cleaning fairy also always had a smile on her face, which is not a given. Penny can be reached on foot and the center of Ruhpolding is very close. Great excursions included.

Very friendly and helpful holiday apartment landlords. The apartments are modern, typical of the country and clean. The view of the surrounding mountains cannot be compared. A stream near the house provides the necessary cooling and idyll. Parking spaces are directly at the house. Everything is very well maintained and designed with love. There is a bread roll service and the Plenk family is also open to other special requests. We immediately felt very comfortable.
