The welcome was very warm and the location of the Bäckeralm is simply great. Quiet surroundings, no noise from children and the view of the Karwendel is gigantic.The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Even though we only drink espresso at home, the coffee tasted excellent and we liked it.You will also get suggestions for great excursion destinations.We felt very comfortable with you and really enjoyed our short vacation. The bus stop in front of the door is also practical, although we didn't use it. We had wonderful days and were very lucky with the weather.We would like to thank you very much for the wonderful time.

Our days in the Bäckeralm were very nice. A pleasant atmosphere. Clean, nice breakfast, warm welcome. Nice location and very practical because the bus stops there and you can travel to Mittenwald center for free.Unfortunately, I didn't thank you for the nice farewell gift when I left. That's what I would like to do here.I wish the owner couple all the best for the future

The warmth and the beautiful surroundings made our weekend vacation perfect.Lovingly prepared rooms, breakfast where every wish is catered for and the really warm hosts can only be recommended! Everything is very easy to reach on foot from the accommodation. Mittenwald is definitely worth a trip!

Our room in the Bäckeralm was not clean at all. It was a paradise for spiders. We discovered a lot of dust and hair from previous guests in the room. Neither the room nor the bathroom were clean. Mirrors hadn't been cleaned and the bed linen was full of lint. The lamps had such a thick layer of dust, as if they hadn't been dusted in two years. We immediately complained about the dirty room, but after a long discussion (the owner maintained that she had vacuumed today. However, we explained to her that these were 'surfaces' that no one had properly dusted for a long time), she did Dusted the room sporadically based on our comments. Anyone who attaches any importance to cleanliness will not feel comfortable here in the >spider paradise< of Mittenwald!Ps: We were in the basement (basement), the house is built into the hillside. There was a smell of damp earth in the room.

A holiday at the Bäckeralm is simply great. The hosts Heidi and Ingolf are super friendly and always helpful, the breakfast is amazing! If you are looking for peace and a great view of beautiful mountains, this is the right place for you. Mittenwald is a beautiful little town with everything your heart desires. The infrastructure is excellent and the leisure and dining options are almost inexhaustible. We were there for the third time now and will definitely be back next year.

The Bäckeralm is simply wonderful. It is perfectly located for day trips and you have a fantastic view from the terrace. The two hosts Heidi and Inglof are such great people and it is incredibly important that you feel comfortable and that nothing is left unfulfilled. We just loved it with you and had a great time.Thanks for that

Because of the many positive reviews, I decided to book. Unfortunately I can't understand this. After I booked, I asked whether it would be possible to get allergy bed linen due to my allergy. Since this is not absolutely necessary, I booked first and then asked. They then wrote back in a very unfriendly manner, asking how you can only ask about something like that after booking. I already felt uncomfortable about starting the trip. I then decided to cancel because I don't know what the situation will be like there. The only response from the accommodation to the cancellation was:"Thank you for your CANCELLATION,... certainly better that way!!We're happy about it!"This really reassured me that the cancellation was the right thing to do. Really a shame. We were really looking forward to the few days.

The view over the green humpback meadows, the lake and the Karwendel Mountains alone is incredible. You are two kilometers outside, have peace and quiet and are still right in the middle of the action. Lots of excursion options. We really enjoyed our time and would like to go there again. Breakfast was super plentiful.

My wife and I had one of our most beautiful holidays at the Bäckeralm.We were warmly welcomed and lovingly entertained. At breakfast our every wish was fulfilled. The room was very comfortable, the bed was excellent and the view when you got up was priceless.We'll definitely be back.

Whatever your eyes turn, you find nature that eliminates all the negative energy inside you and chargesyou with a renewed positive energy.------------There is a lot of water, there is a lot of fresh water, it has a lot of space and space and there is a lot of land on the ground and health. The rooms are beautifully furnished and from the terrace/balcony you have a wonderful view of the Karwendel. The breakfast tasted good and our wishes were taken into account. The two hosts are very, very friendly, helpful and gave us valuable tips on things to do in the area. Mittenwald is perfectly located for trips to sights such as Leutaschklamm, Zugspitze, Eibsee, Karwendel and much more... The town of Mittenwald is also very picturesque and definitely worth a visit. I can only recommend the Bäckeralm, we would love to come back!

The Bäckeralm is a very idyllic, small bed and breakfast run with attention to detail. The hosts are very friendly and open-minded and give good tips for excursions in the region. You just feel at home, you don't miss anything. The breakfast is fantastic as is the service. Simply great class! You can tell that the hostess puts a lot of passion into entertaining the guests. You'll be happy to come back! :)

It was just great. It is a small guesthouse and everything that could be done for the rush was done. A great personal relationship. And breakfast is a great way to get through the day.
