We have been camping for over 30 years and have been to over 100 different campsites, mainly in Germany and Austria, and now we went to Tennsee for four days in October. Our conclusion: this place is a sensation: the sanitary facilities (cleanliness), location, parking spaces, location and the staff. This place is now one of the top three for us. If you have something to complain about here, we would be happy to recommend places where you have a reason for bad reviews. Thank you for the beautiful days. We'll definitely be back

A very nice restaurant surrounded by a large space for campers.The restaurant offers good food, but it should be served much warmer. The service is good. But cleaning the counter with a strong-smelling cleaning product during lunch is pushing the limits of what is permissible. The smell of the cleaning product was clearly noticeable.

We were here in October. The place is well attended. Call ahead. Very friendly and professional at reception. Great place with divided plots. Next to the restaurant there is a simpler snack bar. Sanitary very clean!!! Dogs are welcome and there are many dogs there. But everyone follows the usual rules and so even campers without dogs feel comfortable.

Came with my old VW bus with a dog and no electricity. The place was fully booked. The very friendly lady at the reception was still able to allocate me a very nice little (emergency) place. I was very happy and spent a very nice time there. Everything was clean and well maintained. The place is recommended. I'll be back because everything is perfect here!

Very nice campsite in a beautiful landscape. Staff friendly. Sanitary facilities are good. You can eat very well in the restaurant. There is also a small shop on site where you can get rolls in the morning without ordering in advance. Every evening, except Tuesday, knuckles and chicken are grilled on site if ordered in advance. If we're in the area again, we'd love to come back here.

You try to get the most out of the space. It's sometimes very narrow and has the character of a motorhome parking space for travelers. Zero boundaries, no hedges, cozy camping. and some of the plots, which are only 70 m2 in size, are weak for a supposed 5-star place. No matter how good the facilities and sanitary buildings are, with the small plots it's a no-go for a top spot. If you are traveling with a large motorhome or caravan, be sure to inquire beforehand so that you can fit on the plot!

For me as a motorbike rider with a tent, it's pure luxury, as I got a complete parking space that was even priced at under 40 euros for 2 nights including a shower. Really great, why don't other campsites do the same? Why luxury campsite has everything a camping heart desires.Nice, friendly, not only the operators but also the employees, camping guests who are there every year, the facilities are all there, all industrial machines, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, etc. Since my visit over Easter came true, something was also set up for the little ones, etc .eon little shop that is really great. For more details about what else is included in the service, please read online because it's really a lot of luxury that I've never seen before.Regarding the location of the campsite, you can already hear the road in the tent even though the campsite is relatively far away, other campsites nearby are much closer to the main road and louder etc. That's why this campsite and the reviews brought me here, that's where you have a place to park your tent/motorhome.Definitely a good time there anyway.My tip which places are great, both close to the sanitary facilities and a great view would be B1 / 33,35, 6-10, less street noise because behind a small mountain, alternatively in a small motorhome the pitches 86,28,29,30,31 .32 I stood there with the tent. P.S. From here you can start hiking straight away and it's not far to Zugspitze/Garmisch-Partenkirchen. I'll come back when I'm in the corner.

We have already considered the place several times.A great starting point for excursions.The view is priceless, like on a postcard, if you still know something like that😏.My pictures in the status were thought to have been edited in Photoshop.Very nice operators, nice people, quiet, dogs are also welcome, which makes us happy even without a dog.Plumbing and a small Tanze Emma Shop (sorry, but meant in a positive way) there are even necessary camper spare parts for water and gas.There are also fresh bread rolls there.I find WiFi rather slow, but everyone now has an internet flat rate.We fell in love with this view, even though we came from the mountains in Austria.Something we have never done before, we have reserved a week next September. That should mean eas.The nearby country road and the bells of the goats in the area were a bit annoying. Prices completely reasonable. Supply and disposal great. There are full stars for the place.

We were here again as a camper with our caravan as guests from August 18th to September 6th, 2024. As always, we are 100% satisfied with the friendliness, help with problems, and the service. That's why we'll definitely be back in 2025 Boss Mr. Zick was very helpful to us because we had a punctured tire when we arrived. He gave us a tip where we could get new tires. Mr. Zick also had a jack for me so that I could change the new tires on our parking space. The Caretakers were also very on the ball and if there was a problem it was already solved. The reception and restaurant can also only be praised. Very friendly and happy to help with anything.The sanitary facilities were always very clean.Many thanks from us to all of you, you are a very good team.There should be a lot more campsites like this.The pitch is very durable and doesn't flood even in heavy rain or you don't stand in the dirt/mud.See you in 2025!❤️Best regardsMichael and Regina BüttnerPS: I almost forgot something, even after one of our MTB tours a present was left in front of my caravan door for my birthday. A well-located campsite, super clean sanitary facilities, spacious showers!!! Dogs are welcome and even have their own washing area! Unfortunately, the lake was almost dry, probably for a few years, so swimming was not possible, but it is still advertised in some cases... The staff in the restaurant was a bit tense, a nice smile and you would have felt more welcome. The food was very tasty, and the selection of rolls was also good and crunchy.

What a beautifully located campsite.We were there for 4 days last week and felt so comfortable. There is a great concept behind it, which made the stay very pleasant. There is still love in the detail here, be it from the restaurant, the well-stocked kiosk, pizza truck, chicken roastery, bookable excursions, children's program, bike rental and much more.The surrounding area is wonderfully beautiful and can be easily explored by public transport (with a guest card - free of charge) or by bike. The Zick family and their employees deserve great praise for their service/friendliness. Sanitary facilities are always clean and well maintained. We would love to come back.

A very nicely located campsite that we have visited several times. But the vacation was marred at the end. We left on a Friday afternoon. We were charged all applicable fees for the 3 hour longer stay. It is clear that you have to pay something to stay over the lunch break. But I don't think charging for a whole day is right. When we asked, we were told that's just how it is. Be that as it may, the Werdenfelser Land is always worth a trip.

Unfortunately, we didn't have much time to go on vacation.The few days in the Tennsee Alpine Caravan Park with the motorhome were really nice. Everything was in lovingly maintained condition, the restaurant is excellent, and all the staff at the place were very friendly. There was always a small children's program for the little campers. The sanitary area is absolutely great for wheelchair users. Not to forget ! The four-legged friends have also been thought of with their own shower. The place deserves a really great rating.
