We made a booking via our own homepage, paid and also received a booking confirmation. The next morning, however, we received an email saying that due to an error in the booking system, accommodation as booked would not be possible and that after submitting our account details, we would receive a refund. Without alternative suggestion, offer or even regret! After a subsequent telephone consultation, we were dealt with in such a rude and cheeky manner that we were actually at a loss for words. In response, we were offered a tent in the garden with no understanding as to how we could press a booking button the day before. We should be grateful to him for informing us immediately. Again, no apology or even understanding for our situation. Far from it. The phone call took a very unpleasant turn!! After we then sent our contact details by email, completely angry and disappointed, while examining legal action, an apology came back for the first time with an offer at a later date.Since the problem was 100% not on our side and when we asked for a solution to the problem we were immediately met with a stupid answer, I can only say...Kauperhof no thanks!!

We had a wonderful week. The holiday home is fantastic and leaves nothing to be desired. The highlight was the pool. We will be back definitely.

Pool and sauna available.....apartments modern and comfortably furnished....air conditioning in every bedroom....unfortunately no operating instructions for the fireplace air conditioning and heating control available (please lay it out when you get the chance)

Beautiful complex with great, very well-equipped holiday homes and a pool for everyone. What should be highlighted are the cleanliness, the view of the countryside, the proximity to the Spreewaldtherme thermal baths and the extremely tasteful furnishings.Waking up in the morning to the sound of birdsong is a completely new experience for stressed-out city dwellers.

We spent 5 very nice days of family vacation in the large holiday home “Prestige” on the Kauperhof. The complex is equipped with a pool, sauna, small playground including giant chess, parking space for each house and electric charging stations in top condition. The houses are a perfect mix of modern and cozy. The location in the middle of nature on a small canal is super idyllic and quiet. The bread roll service offers a wide, delicious selection. The operators are extremely nice and helpful. We got a discount in the Spreewelten through the farm and took advantage of the recommendation for a boat trip with a start within walking distance, which was also a very nice experience. We would definitely like to recommend the Kauperhof!

Very nice holiday home complex, a little outside of the center. The inhabited holiday home left nothing to be desired and was built and furnished to a very high standard. The only drawback is the busy street with no sidewalks directly on the property, the landlords have done everything they can to compensate for this with insulated windows and air conditioning. The community should think about speed limits of 30 km/h and expanding pedestrian and cycle paths. We would still like to come back again.

Everything fine. A beautifully maintained holiday complex. Particularly suitable for families. A clean pool is available and was used intensively. Food is always guaranteed in Burg. The car may have to be used, but there are enough restaurants. A bread roll service can enrich the morning cafe. You can order using the order list. Keep it up. This is how vacation works.
