Great hotel! The staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious, modern and above all clean. The breakfast is absolutely sufficient, everything is very fresh and lovingly prepared. We'd love to come back!

We were desperately looking for accommodation late in the evening and were welcomed here with a lot of warmth and hospitality. A room with an extra bed was even prepared for us after 10 p.m. This house actually deserves more than just five stars. Very clean rooms, great breakfast and overall very lovingly furnished. Coffee and water are free.We would like to thank the owner very much for her commitment and kindness.We'd love to come back.

Nice little inn.+ Room (and everything else) was nice and clean.+ Telephone contact was entertaining and competent.+ Arrival late in the evening after the reception had closed was possible without any problems.+ Public transport via bus 15 minutes to Illertissen train station.- The only drawback was the quite loud fans in the bathroom.4.5 stars

While looking for a hotel to stay overnight on our holiday trip, we came across this hotel. We have often booked a hotel for such overnight stays, but the Hotel Sonnenhof is by far the best. Whether it was the contact when booking or the friendly information when you asked questions, you always received very friendly advice. The hotel is quite close to the highway and is not too big. It is very well maintained, the rooms are spacious and quite comfortably furnished. There is a parking space directly at the house. We were also allowed to bring our dog with us. We paid 92 euros for one night including the dog and a small but delicious breakfast buffet with everything your heart desires. What we were very happy about at breakfast was that every cup of coffee was freshly brewed and not filtered in coffee pots. We can highly recommend the Hotel Sonnenhof and will definitely come back again!

A very nice hotel with a quiet location and clean rooms. We were very satisfied all around and would be happy to recommend the hotel. However, we have to deduct one star. It wasn't a bad thing for us that there was no check-in, because this was made up for by the great check-out, but I think it's a no-go to leave room keys outside with the guest's name and room number. Basic rule number 1 of every hotel: NEVER give the guest's room number! There are extra key boxes with codes where you can leave keys for guests. This investment has to be at least, otherwise a person has to be there at lunchtime to hand out the keys personally (but it is definitely more expensive than the box mentioned ;)). I really wanted to pass this tip on to you. Thank you for the wonderful time with you!

Very nice staff. We were able to book spontaneously and had a room half an hour later. The hotel is very clean, family friendly and has a good breakfast. Great value for money!
