Anyone looking for peace and quiet will find it there. The two of us and our dog stayed at the hotel for two nights. Check in went smoothly. We had a room with our own access. Absolutely perfect as a dog owner. The room was clean, the furnishings were a bit old. There were 9 channels to choose from on the small television. Unfortunately the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The mattress was completely sagging and the bed cover was made of terry cloth (you have to like it, I personally hate it). Unfortunately we slept very badly. The breakfast was okay, but not incredibly extensive. I thought for a long time whether I should give 2 or 3 stars. In the end I decided on two. Price performance just didn't fit. In addition, the hotel was not catered for and there was no economy in the town itself. I can definitely recommend the hotel for a night on a long-distance hike, bike or motorcycle tour. If you want to spend a longer vacation here, you should look for something else.

In my opinion, this hotel is an overnight accommodation that is run more poorly than well. We booked by phone as it had to be done at very short notice. When we arrived we weren't registered as guests. They were looking for a room in an emergency. Our room was supposed to have a TV, at least there was a mount on the wall. There was no TV. We complained and were given a room in the attic with the note "but without a balcony" - the balcony wasn't important to us and wasn't booked, at least there was a TV, but only 6 programs worked.I think it's good to employ employees with a migrant background, but communicating exclusively via a translation app is very tedious.Hygiene isn't really a problem here either. Hair in the shower, urine stains on the toilet (outside) and holes in the bed linen are just a few issues.In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is not right here.

Nice place but there is only 1 employee to maintain it. She's ukrainian but doesn't speak english and german.Also we had a reservation for a room with 1 bed and a small one and we only got a room with 1 bed. When we tried to search for the employee she was impossible to find.If you want to sleep for free you can because all rooms are open at any time except if there is someone already in the room then it will be locked.Also its in the middle of nothing

We have been going to the Waldhotel Auerhahn in Bubenbach for years and have always been very satisfied with the owner family. The only point of criticism: it all goes by too quickly, but I don't think that's the fault of the operating family

Wonderful B&B, former hotel with restaurant. The innkeepers know their craft. Everything is extremely lovingly and perfectly prepared with a lot of detail. The breakfast is great, the rooms are large, clean and with a beautiful view of the village. It's quiet too. Thank you very much and maybe see you soon

We only rented the sauna by the hour, so I can't rate the service or the hotel rooms.It's always a great experience in the sauna. You can bring your own food and relax with your friends, take a sauna, eat and enjoy the view on the terrace.
