If you are looking for peace and pure nature, you have come to the right place.We were able to spend 6 days there with all the capricious weather and had a wonderful time.A big thank you to the hosts Carina and Michael, very lovely people.We'll be back.

Just great!Room: The apartment was modern, clean and large. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the terrace offers a fantastic view.Service: The family was very nice and enjoyed talking to us; we immediately felt welcome. The goats were allowed to be petted and the dog was very nice.Location: So incredibly quiet. Everything is green and great for relaxation. You would have to drive a little further for dinner if you don't want to cook yourself.With the Black Forest Card we were able to do great attractions, etc., some of which were otherwise unavailable, and you can hike pretty much everywhere here.The only disadvantage, which the family can't do anything about: WiFi is rarely available and mobile data is even rarer.

Despite the modest summer weather, we spent 2 great weeks at the Oberengenbachhof. We were visiting as a family with 3 children and the Pusteblume holiday apartment was well equipped and an extra bed for our youngest was no problem. Michael and Carina are great hosts and we felt very comfortable. As soon as the tractor engine started, our 6-year-old son ran out and was allowed to accompany Michael on all the work that needed to be done. We also really enjoyed the cozy evenings with you both. Everything was great... the peace and quiet, the surroundings, the hospitality... everything was perfect... the rooms were also very comfortable... the view in the morning and in the evening was simply great.

We were able to spend a spontaneous weekend with Michael and Carina in the newly renovated and super modern holiday apartment. Everything was well equipped and well maintained. The children were allowed to visit the bulls in the stable and pet the goats and we felt very comfortable. Thank you very much and see you soon :-)

There's no better way to vacation. Awakened by cows and goats in an idyllic landscape in a lonely location. Very friendly owners. At the end of a wonderful valley in the middle of Mother Nature. We were thrilled by the peace and the wonderful starry sky. A very well furnished, very clean holiday apartment and very friendly landlords. The "farmer's life" is not that easy, we learned. Highly recommended. Kind regards from Berlin.

very quiet location, nature and peace, a meadow in front of the houseWe had the apartment on the ground floor. There are two bedrooms with double beds. But I could also sleep very comfortably on the couch in the living room. The ground floor was ideal for the dog and children, patio door open and out. Hiking trails began right next to the farm, for example to the Gasthof Engel with great cakes. Our dog enjoyed playing with the one-year-old farm dog. From Oberengenbach you sometimes need a little time to get to the attractions of the High Black Forest (e.g. Titisee/Badeparadies-18 min, Schluchsee-30 min, Schauinsland, Steinwasenpark 1 hour, Freiburg 45 min, Todtnau-50 min). But you have peace and freedom for the children. A highlight of the farm was the huge but lovely farm dog Charly, who always wants to be petted, and the lovely goats and kids. You were allowed to feed them, including the bottle-fed babies, much to the delight of my sons (13 and 11 years old). A hike with the 11 goats through the forest was particularly fun. The farmer's wife was very helpful and kind to the children. They also learned a lot about the animals.

Always nice with Michael and Carina, they love coming here. Friendly host family, three beautifully furnished apartments and worth a vacation every year. Hochschwarzwald Card available and approx. 20-30 minutes to Feldberg or Badeparadies Galaxy. There's also a lot else to discover around it.

Clean, tidy and equipped. Warm and kind attitude, flexible in the hours of reception and departure as much as they can. Reasonable price and very good value. It is not possible to experience the activity on the farm in an actual way, a little far from key points (not too much) and there is no air conditioning (as in most places I suppose). We really enjoyed what we had, highly recommended
