We had a mixed experience of our stay in a rental caravan at this campsite. The caravan itself was great and offered us a pleasant level of comfort. Unfortunately, there are some serious deficiencies that greatly affected our stay.The sanitary areas are in great need of modernization and do not meet today's standards. We also found the surrounding area rather boring and there were no notable shopping opportunities nearby.A particularly unpleasant experience was that the campsite was shut down during the last week of our stay. The nearest toilet to our caravan was simply closed after our first night, which was very inconvenient.We ultimately decided to leave early. Unfortunately there was no response from the place regarding a refund or a voucher for the remaining amount. We found the justification that it was a "firm booking" and that the caravan could not be re-rented unacceptable - especially since there were numerous empty caravans throughout the campsite.Customer friendliness and goodwill look different. Based on these experiences, we unfortunately cannot recommend this campsite and will definitely not be coming back.

Very busy campsite, more car traffic than on the highway. Every year there is an increase in the pitch rent where you don't know what for when you hear the campers at other places who haven't received an increase in ten years. It's only at the Hof Biggen campsite that everything gets more expensive every year. But if you build a lot and don't do anything properly, then you're burning money. But you can pass it on to long-term campers every year.

OK for one night. Super nice staff, but the showers and the toilet on the panoramic meadow are very old. But the price is great!

Very nice camping meadow. Hardly visited in October, felt like there were 100 places, but in reality there were probably 150. There were 3 of us campers there ;)Sanitary was very clean, visually outdated. Only visually!Late arrival possible without any problems after 8 p.m. with prior registration.

It was a very nice campsite. The sanitary facilities were ALWAYS VERY well maintained. The staff also friendly. Unfortunately, we had to leave one day early for health reasons. Unfortunately we had SOMETHING of a lack of space as we also had 2 dogs with us.Unfortunately the property was not fenced off, so the dogs had to stay mostly in the caravan.

We had a great weekend. Wonderful view from the tent meadow. There are sufficient electricity and water connections. Very friendly service at reception. The sanitary facilities were very clean, age doesn't matter. Overall very good value for money :-)Thank you very much, we will definitely come back.

We arrived in the motorhome and are standing on the panorama site. Here you are very free, there is a water source and electricity. You do NOT (!) see the Biggesee but only mountains with fir trees.The place is very (!) steep. All cycle paths are steep, rocky and only suitable for experienced cyclists.The place is clean, toilets and showers are plentiful.A small shop with lots of beautiful things. A reading room.Our receptionist was extremely polite and friendly.All guests were exemplary friendly.Rolls in the morning from 8 a.m., very tasty 😋.Unfortunately there is no room for me, it is too steep for me.We're leaving tomorrow to find something at the lake.Showering was complicated with a chip and was charged extra.No WiFi!

There is no better place to unwind. The rental cars are luxurious. Nothing is missing. The team was really nice and helpful. The sanitary facilities are a bit old but super clean

I was here for the first time, with my sister and the dog.The campers immediately complained that he barked, but he is a living creature that attacks when other dogs bark.Rest times were not observed.Other campers were working or didn't have musicto room volume.The place is very large, which is probably why the place cannot be maintained that well.It was still a nice short vacation and an experience.Too bad no WiFi either. The caravan was in good condition, should be from 2022, and the garden furniture is also in reasonable condition. The sanitary facilities are a bit old, but clean.

We had a rental caravan and everything was very good and perfect, as described.First of all: all the staff at the site were always friendly and polite - that is not a given at every site.The toilet and shower facilities (there are 3, the largest one is in the middle of the square): although they are older, they are very clean. No matter what time we were there, the facilities were always very clean. This is not a given everywhere either. There are certainly more modern sanitary facilities, but this was not a disadvantage.Washing machine, dryer and even baby bathtubs are available.Dogs are also welcome, and there are often dog waste bag stations distributed here.About the caravan: everything was there as described, you only need to bring your own towels and laundry.If you want to grill, you can rent a gas grill for a deposit of €20. That's how it's fun.What's also great is that there is a small supermarket that is open every day and even includes a Fritz Berger shop. You can also get baked goods there.The restaurant on site was closed during our visit. But there are enough restaurants in the surrounding area.All in all a great campsite with a great team, very moderate and fair prices and above all everything was very clean.Only - and the campsite can't do anything about it - the cell phone reception at our site wasn't that great (both O2 and Vodafone), but T-Mobile was available everywhere in LTE.The O2 reception was also better again in the upper area of the square and at the washhouse ;-)But in the end there are much worse things.

Pure relaxation! Everyone is considerate. The children all play together on the beach and soccer field until late in the evening. Sanitary facilities always clean and service 1 a. We have been here twice and will be back!!
