With a group of around 35 adults, we spent four great days in House 1 in Grimmerthal. We were very well supported before, during and after our stay (information, tips (also very detailed and helpful on the homepage), availability by telephone). It quickly becomes noisy in the lounges when several people talk to each other at the same time. The kitchen is well equipped. We had the warm dinner cooked externally and we looked after ourselves for the rest of the day. We'd love to come back :-)

Visited the log cabin far away from the main houses.Top experience: price/performance 120%The hut, in the middle of the forest, far from electricity and the internet, still has a perfectly functioning gas heater and a gas stove.Fire pit with fire bowl and tripod on a small, safe slope in the forest directly in front of the hut.Plum toilet with sawdust.There is space for 8-10 people on the very wide double bunk bed.Access possible with 2-3 cars. A bit adventurous with a lot of rain, but all the cars survived with no more than a few splashes of mud.Instructions from the caretaker, very friendly and more than all the necessary information!Super cheap and an amazing experience in the middle of the forest!Come back soon! 11/10

Remote cabin that is super equipped. The kitchen is super large, so that more than 30 people can be served. Almost every room has its own bathroom and the multimedia equipment is really impressive. The temperature of the rooms can be controlled with tablets and there is a large television with system in the group room. The pond in front of the house can be used with pedal boats and the surrounding forest is great for a walk every now and then. The only negative thing is that there are a few creepy crawlies in the house, but this cannot be avoided due to the surrounding forest.

The log cabin is a unique opportunity to enjoy nature and ignore all luxury. Despite minimal comfort, everything you need is there. The children even forget electronic media.

House 2 in Grimmerthal is beautifully located, in an absolute dead zone but electricity, water and gas are available. The rooms are basic but that's what gives them a special flair. A great fireplace provides reliable heating. Firewood, a fire bowl, a friendly caretaker and the stream that flows through the property make the place special.We had a great time with several families and would love to come back.

Super nice, newly renovated cabin. Great bathrooms and amenities. We were lucky that the other houses were not occupied and therefore had a very nice stay in a very nice area! We'd love to come back ☺️

Extremely beautiful place, in the middle of the forest with a beautiful stream. Very good communication, great handover and acceptance. Everything was reliably communicated at all times and implemented exactly.House 1 is newly renovated, the kitchen is great, but houses 2 and 3 are also great. Everything you need is there and nothing more - and that's exactly the right mix for a leisure weekend like this.If you want, you can go jogging, walking, hiking, cycling - straight from your front door into nature.Kids always had fun indoors with table football and table tennis.Thank you for the lovely weekend, we will definitely be back!

We celebrated our wedding here and were absolutely thrilled! The houses are well equipped and everything you need is there. The newly renovated rooms are super nice and modern. The booking and arrangement beforehand also went smoothly, everyone was very helpful and friendly! Absolutely recommended! :)
