This is the fifth time we have been on a summer holiday with the Hanauer family and we are already looking forward to next year! Our holiday apartment is perfectly equipped and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The Hanauer family is always approachable, incredibly helpful and gives great tips for trips in the area. The farm is in an idyllic location and offers a wonderful opportunity for parents to relax while the children let off steam in the straw or do their laps on the Kettcars.There are numerous great excursion destinations in the immediate area, such as the gold educational trail, the mud bath or the swimming lake in Tröbes. If you have a little more time, you can reach many other attractions within an hour's drive, such as the pirate playground in Amberg or the wild garden in Furth im Wald.For us, it's the perfect way to spend your summer vacation: completely switch off and leave the stress of everyday life behind you.

We had a great week with Ms. Hanauer on the farm. Our daughters (3 and 1 years old) had a lot of fun with the animals and we felt completely comfortable. The apartment was very nice and clean, as was the whole farm in a super idyllic location where you can just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Ms. Hanauer was very friendly and you could ask at any time if you needed something or needed tips for excursions.

A really great holiday farm!The farmer's wife took great care of our children and involved them in feeding the animals. Pony rides and tractor rides for the little ones were also organized.There are various vehicles for the children, a table football table and a table tennis table as well as a playground for all age groups.Our apartment was very clean, well equipped and it was a relaxing week.Fresh cow's milk is available from the neighbor.

This was our second time on holiday at the Hanauer Hof and we were very impressed again this time. The holiday apartments are beautiful, well equipped (everything is also available for small children) and clean. The children are busy all day with the playground, trampoline, vehicles, straw barn and playroom. And they especially love feeding and caring for the animals with Ms. Hanauer. Pony riding is also always a hit. Ms. Hanauer was always immediately available to answer any of the children's needs.

We were guests at the Hanauer Hof with two families for a week in July 2023 and really had a very nice time.Ms. Hanauer and her son were extremely friendly and helpful and the facility is beautifully located in the countryside and offers everything you could want with children.Pony rides, playroom, breakfast baskets, playground, and much more.Highly recommended :-)

The location in the middle of the countryside with a wide view awakens holiday feelings. Feeding the many animals together, donkeys and sheep, rabbits and ponies, was a highlight every day. The many cats always wanted to be petted. In the sandpit, on the trampoline, in the play barn there was an opportunity to get to know other children. Ms. Hanauer is always available for questions and tips. Conclusion: farm holiday as we imagined it. We'll definitely be back!

A beautiful farm with a very lovely hostess. The children had fun riding ponies, grooming ponies, feeding donkeys and much more. The outdoor area is large and sufficient for the children to play, there are enough play equipment and vehicles. We will be back definitely.

The apartment is tastefully furnished and extensively equipped, including the kitchen. There were many different vehicles for the children to drive around the large yard. The children's playroom is also lovingly furnished and has great toys for all age groups. Feeding the animals together and riding with Mrs. Hanauer was a lot of fun. The provision from the baker's van in the morning and the butcher's van on Fridays was great. The surrounding area offers all sorts of beautiful excursion destinations. The holiday at the Hanauer Hof was great thanks to the warm hostess .

We stayed at the Hanauer Hof for a week in August with our 2-year-old daughter. Ms. Hanauer is very warm and it was a wonderful stay. There is something for children of all ages and the little one still raves about it. Come again.

We can highly recommend the Hanauer Hof. We really liked this beautiful, idyllic and child-friendly place. It's a great place to slow down and unwind while the children enjoy the farm with the animals, the beautiful playground, the hay castle, the vehicles, the playroom and the trampoline. Ms. Hanauer and her family gave us a warm welcome. Ms. Hanauer has a wonderfully relaxed way of dealing with children and answering questions. The farm and the apartments are super beautiful and perfectly furnished for families with children. We have never been in such a beautiful and clean holiday apartment where nothing is missing. The children can move freely around the farm and visit the animals at any time. Our son (6 years old) liked the rabbits best. There are otherwise 2 ponies, one of them is Susi. Susi is allowed to move freely around the grounds with the sweet little ones during the day. The animals are totally trusting and sweet.There are also 5 cats, 1 dog, goats and 2 donkeys. We really enjoyed our time, despite the poor weather. You can experience a lot in the area, from indoor swimming pools to an adventure garden, a spa park with many attractions, the little Hill Ranch and a castle tour, everything was included in a week's stay. We booked again straight away. This time 2 weeks.There are also great swimming lakes in the area that we are already looking forward to in the hope that next summer will be better. Very pleasant and accommodating hosts,idyllic location of the farm with a view over meadows and forests,easy access to the next town (Oberviechtach, 7 minutes by car),beautiful day trip destinations (Eslarn Wildlife Park, Little Hill Ranch, Obermurach castle ruins...),great experiences on the farm, especially with children (pony rides, feeding animals, straw castle...),Transparent and clear rules even in Corona times (“you feel safe”).All in all: clear travel recommendation!

A wonderful quiet place. The children had space to play, animals to pet, vehicles to drive. The hay barn was nice and the little one (4) could ride horses. Since there are no shops in town, the baker's van comes on weekdays and the butcher's on Fridays.

Great holiday as a family with children to get a taste of farm air. Relaxation, “adventure” and animals for the little ones as well as a great environment that is worth exploring. Highlight: Sitting in the tractor and enjoying a campfire with stick bread and feeding the animals every day. Thank you Ms. Hanauer, Farmer Martin and everyone who is part of the team.
