We went for a birthday dinner with 10 people. The service was unfriendly, incompetent and sometimes even rude. No greeting of guests when they come in. Wordlessly holding out the menu. (6 tickets for 10 guests). Thoroughly unfriendly demeanor. You could literally see that the job was annoying her. Not a single smile the whole evening. Guests sat for a long time in front of empty plates and empty glasses, when they wanted to order drinks while they were being cleared, the answer was "Not now, I'll just clear them up now". There was no farewell as we left.The person celebrating his birthday, who had been invited to a birthday dinner, criticized the waitress's demeanor when paying and noted that among his guests there was someone from the hotel industry who could very well assess the above-mentioned points from an expert point of view. The waitress's answer: "He could have helped too." This can hardly be surpassed in terms of impudence.Fortunately, the good quality and taste of the food compensated a little.

We were here for a birthday. What can I say? We all loved the cheese soup! An absolute highlight!The main courses were also on point. The croquettes should be mentioned here. I don't know how they are made, but it doesn't matter because they were delicious. Will definitely come back.I see potential in the visual design of the restaurant: carpeting, decorations, table linen are all a bit outdated, but it doesn't detract from the food!

Unfriendly and no service!For me the store is simply a no go! Totally overpriced for the price, but the worst thing is the service, here are a few examples:When you come to the restaurant, you don't have a nice good evening, the crooked corners of your mouth are worse than any Merkel parody. When asked where you can get the WiFi code, you go to the reception, ok, it can happen, the order was taken without words and a stone face, maybe it was the botox, I don't know!The food was good, but there was a lack of spices, since Mrs. Selenfröhlich didn't react, we went looking for salt and pepper ourselves and found them a few tables away, but the pepper was empty here too, when we asked if You could get more pepper, again no reaction, so second treasure hunt and you found a large wooden pepper mill that still had some in it. But the lady in question immediately confiscated it again with the explanation that it had to be empty and that it was also decorative. to another request for pepper and salt again no response!example 2:You wanted to pay with a credit card, it also says big at the entrance, master or visa are accepted, no, the nice lady from the service said no, that wouldn't work, only EC. OK then just EC, strangely enough the colleague was able to pay for his room with a credit card the next day, so it was a cold lie to your face! great!When my colleague wanted to order two more schnapps after I returned to the table and asked if this would be possible and would also pay in cash, there was again that curvature of the earth at the corners of the mouth and a look, when looks can kill, and it became clear that the serving would also be served left a lot of time! But clearing up was quick, I wasn't finished with my meal yet when they wanted to take my plate away, no, it wasn't that late and we weren't alone in the restaurant (according to the receipt, I paid at 9:50 p.m.!)The breakfast was a carelessly presented arrangement, I didn't have breakfast myself, but I received this information from a colleague, food quality and selection at a youth hostel level!When asked about the service in the evening, the hotel manager came in, hmm strange, supposedly a very nice employee, but you know, people are different!Wow, no excuses, no nothing! and you know that you didn't have breakfast, not even one, ok I'll waive you 3 euros or 4.80 euros or something elseRooms are a bit dated for the priceConclusion too expensive for the price! and that you can't even get your teeth apart in the restaurant and at least want a good appetite, I mean, in contrast to a complete renovation, something like that doesn't really cost any money, incomprehensible and condescending behavior from the operators!
