a charming hotel with the charm of an old villa; friendly welcome and uncomplicated short-term booking; good parking facilities; wonderful four-poster double bed and great view of a natural garden - we would love to come back!

Great old manor house with matching decoration and furnishings. The owner of the hotel is also super nice! We had a great chat at breakfast on both days. The prices are also more than fair. I will be very happy to come back.

The rooms were not cleaned and full of cobwebs. There was also trash from previous guests in the trash can. The worst and most dangerous thing was the black mold in the bathroom. In addition, the many dusty dolls, bear cuddly toys with some missing limbs and dusty artificial flowers are not romantic or beautiful. We ended our stay there early and changed hotels.

I liked it very much. Very nice old facility. Colored linens, onion pattern dishes, not the uncomfortable white linens and white dishes like most hotels use. You felt really comfortable there. Apart from the cobwebs/dust in the extractor in the bathroom, I have no complaints about the cleanliness. But it doesn't look any different at home. Otherwise I was even surprised at the cleanliness. Very nice owner who sits down at the breakfast table to talk at breakfast. I'll definitely take a look for a few more days.

A beautiful old villa that has not been modernized and therefore has a bit of a patina on it. But that's exactly what makes it so charming. Beautiful old rooms at fair prices and the breakfast is absolutely fine. And good conversations with the owner are always guaranteed.

An overnight stay for 3 people, a double room and a single room without breakfast costs €100. Parking on street. Very friendly welcome and we were shown rooms. An imposing villa from the outside, I like this style. Inside everything is quite dark and outdated. But it has something...Stained glass windows, an old wooden staircase to the upper floor that creaks 😊, unfortunately carpet everywhere. The rooms also very dark, not just the furnishings. Our double bed had a wooden roof and there was a ceiling lamp above it 🤔😕 so there was little light.Carpet was quite crumbly, mattress was so bad, bathroom with shower cubicle, there was still hair and toilet was also dirty. But I already read that and brought cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom.Windows open but don't tilt. Maybe the window pane above. But I couldn't try it because I couldn't get to it. Water cold after 11 p.m. and only warm from around 7 a.m., you should let the water run longer beforehand...It's better not to look too closely into the corners and also into the property, there's stuff lying around everywhere. With a few little things you could get a lot more out of the “hotel”.Despite all the negative things, the man of the house is very friendly👍

Hello. My wife and I would first like to thank you for everything, it was a very exciting experience. When we arrived we were very impressed by the old man's house. Live like in the old style for a moment. The gentleman and lady of the house were very accommodating and extremely nice. Wishes were already fulfilled before we expressed them. Sitting together by the fire was also very nice. We are really looking forward to the next time.LGGratz & Bachmann

a really cozy, clock-like hotel (castle/mansion). We were there for 4 nights. Based on the previous reviews, I had a bad feeling about it. As soon as we arrived we were really positively surprised by EVERYTHING. A really cozy house right on the outskirts with a view of the forest. The rooms were clean and decorated in the style of the house. The bathroom was also clean and tidy. The owner couple was sooo friendly and helpful. If you want something unusual and want to stay overnight in a "castle" for a narrow course, this address is the right place for you.I can't say anything about breakfast, we hadn't booked it, but when you walk past and take a look at the breakfast room, I can say there's something for everyone.PS.: My dear Klaus, we will definitely come back!!!Greetings Jessy and Marcel (the ones with the many tattoos :-) )
