Very friendly innkeepers, inviting atmosphere. The pork medallions on the skewer were perfectly fried, juicy and aromatic, not dry at all. The restaurant is highly recommended. You feel very comfortable and welcome here ❤️

A modernly furnished restaurant in the middle of Blaubeuren which offers German cuisine and dishes from the Balkans. First of all I would like to say that the staff is super friendly and we got a table at relatively short notice late in the evening (8:15 p.m.). So really great. Unfortunately we expected a little more from the kitchen. The dishes are at best of a snack bar standard and you can just tell that the ingredients (Ćevapčići, schnitzel) are frozen products and everything else is just bought and not homemade. I have to honestly say that I regretted the money we spent there. Therefore 2 stars deducted.

I can only report about the restaurant. Very nice interior. Food very good. Cocktails too. Friendliness and good service are very important here. We drive through with the motorhome in Blaubeuren. Happy to recommend the restaurant. Thank you for your hospitality.

Very nice restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, friendly and courteous service, value for money is very good!The food was excellent, especially the (I think homemade) fries!We once had the Ćevapčići with fries, ajvar and raw onions and once we had the Ćevapčići and the chicken skewer with fries, rice and ajvar. The vegetables on the chicken skewer were very, very tasty - we just wished there had been a few raw onions with the dish. Otherwise, an all-round successful, lovely evening!

The hotel with restaurant is located in the center of the old town of Blaubeuren, in the immediate vicinity of the church. Access is rather difficult, I suggest leaving your car in the parking lot approximately 150 to 200 meters from the premises. A large number of places inside and outside the facility. The service was very helpful, polite and fast. The food was very decent, delicious, very nicely presented... Large and filling portions. Moderately priced.

We have been to this restaurant several times and continue to love the food! The owner and service are very accommodating and friendly. Of course we'd love to come back.In May 2024 we came to the Adler with 25 people after the registry office. We were very happy with the food. This was served on platters. Even though the boss and his wife weren't there, it worked out great. Thanks again.Of course we will continue to come to you.
