Absolute disappointment. Communication and organization are virtually non-existent - I can't recommend it.

Biggest juice shop with underground support and unfriendly employees. I can advise everyone against a canoe trip with this provider! Messages are simply ignored.

We booked a canoe tour from Thiergarten to Simmering. When registering in advance, the pirate theme was always followed. We found it somewhat inconsistent that, apart from an introductory video explaining how to navigate the river, it wasn't recorded on site in any way. The registration and issuing of the vest, paddle and barrel were fine. Regarding the return transport of passengers, we were advised of a bus (Saturday, at 6:45 p.m. in Simmeringen) or the possibility of a shared taxi (€40 per taxi). So far everything was fine. The employee at the canoe distribution desk was a bit unfriendly at the top and we felt stressed about getting into the water. Furthermore, stupid comments were often made when handling the canoe. The greeting was with a derogatory “Hello, people”. No consideration was given to us when carrying the canoe and further stupid comments about the biceps followed. The canoe route in itself is beautiful and well signposted. We had a lot of fun driving. It was also nice to have the opportunity to take a lunch break by the fire pit. However, the swans were extremely aggressive. Although we always tried to keep the greatest possible distance, a swan chased us for a few meters. When we got out we were lucky enough to have some help from passers-by. The employee (the same one from the edition), however, saw no reason to help. We were able to listen to a few sayings about the physical exercise that comes with dragging the boat. After we dropped off the boat, we were not given a receipt (as written above) and when we asked, we were rudely told that there was no such thing here. We were left standing without saying goodbye or pointing to the bus stop or anything like that. Customers behind us asked about the possibility of coming back on foot. The employee recommended this even though it is a distance of 15 km. There was no interest on his part in coordinating customers for the shared taxis. We also walked back a bit. We were able to observe how the river pirates had their trailers transported in their canoes, some of them using shared taxis. The suspicion is that they are trying to save money. For people like us who live further away, an organized tour with return transport would be desirable.

We were invited there for a birthday about 2 years ago, and from about 11 p.m. we were served by a child. When asked, they said his parents were at home and he was doing it now. Parents can't be found, child served high-proof alcohol... that's not possible. The parents (I assume the operator) came back after a call... Never experienced anything like that!!!

Hello everyoneBeautifully located Danube valley.A canoeing experience close to nature with great instructions from a friendly and courteous teamBoss. Nature is taken into accountby avoiding waste from the outset with beautiful moorings with a grill and toilets. Great. We had an excursion with our trainees who found it very exciting and exhausting. It just depends on how comfortable you are when approaching it.All in all a nice experience for old and young. Thanks to the organizer in our company.LG Michael Gründig

We had a great day in the canoe! We parked our car in Sigmaringen first thing in the morning and then set off on our bikes to Beuron. €1 daily fee for the car and the way back after the tour is organized 😉!A nice route to cycle! In the Valley of the Pirates they took a few gold pieces from us and then handed us the rudder and the boat.My son and I rowed through the beautiful nature and we made great observations. Because we are a great team, carrying the weirs was no problem! The boat slide was great! We had a good briefing from the pirates for the other adversities on the route...At the end of the route we handed over the boat. We received help straight away, both from the team and from other rowers. We walked for 2 minutes to the car, then quickly picked up the bikes and headed home. We felt very safe and will try this adventure again soon!
