Yesterday we were here for the first time after Corona.Now I can't say with certainty whether the owner or chef has changed during this time... but my wife and I cannot share the positive opinions here about the food. Things were significantly better before Corona.We both had the tapas plate (see picture). But what we received here had nothing to do with “restaurant quality” food... far from it. I would rather say “bistro quality”.In my opinion there was nothing fresh or homemade on the plate. As I said, see attached picture. We are a small but fine, down-to-earth restaurant or tapas bar. It should be clear that we are not in a star-rated kitchen, because then the dish would not cost €16 but €80.Nevertheless, our products are of high quality. Since our portfolio consists of 90% homemade dishes, such as schnitzel, souvlaki, tarte flambée, burgers, prawns, mussels, gyros, aioli and much more. In our opinion, we can also say that our cuisine consists largely of home-made dishes.If you asked, we would have been happy to offer you an alternative and also accept your criticism. Simply a “restaurant”, just like the one in your house.Your staff is also very friendly and attentive, I would like to mention that at this point... even if I have already done that about the star distribution for the relevant category.I am fully aware that influences such as the increase in VAT and inflation cause restaurant operators to charge prices that may sometimes seem implausible to the guest.
