Everything arranged well. A bit noisy. And a charging point for the e-car would not be a luxury. The one at the station doesn't work.

We spent 10 days here, our apartment D6 was well cleaned and very well and comfortably furnished. There was a nice balcony and a permanent parking space. You can quickly get to the city center and there are many hiking trails. The only disadvantage is that it is very noisy, there were five adults living above us who were sliding their chairs on the balcony all afternoon, it sounded like they were trying to tear down the beam.

They cannot speak the Dutch language at roompot abroad. In that respect, we as Dutch people are simply crazy that we learn all the languages. There is nothing for the children to do around the apartment, 1 swing with a sandbox for 2 children.The front 3 apartment buildings are located on a fairly busy road. So enjoying the peace and quiet on the balcony was not an option. The stairwell was terribly noisy!! especially when people came home at night or left early in the morning, you were wide awake again, because the door to the entrance to the apartment is right next to the bedrooms, also a great idea as an architect! At home, your front door isn't in your bedroom, is it?There were also people sitting noisily on the balcony of apartment complex A until the night, who would build a balcony at the rear of your neighbor's bedroom window?Even though I had the bedroom window closed, we could still hear it word for word.So I didn't get much sleep there.This also made us leave earlier.I paid a shitty amount of money for it, once and for all, but never going here again!!

I can't judge the service because we had our own food, it was nice only in the rain but no one can help the weather, I would go there again if I knew there was snow 😉😉😉🤣

What top service from Lionel! In one of the apartments the shower head was not working properly, he replaced it in no time even though it was already evening. Extremely friendly and helpful, also with other questions. The apartment itself is very centrally located and is clean and spacious. There were 12 of us and we had a great time!

Ground floor holiday apartment with terrace - great for the dog :-)At Christmas, the decorative fireplace was the highlight and we felt comfortable in the spacious living area. However, a few things should definitely be replaced/repaired: faucet on the sink (not really attached), broken cover on the living room armchair (some dog liked it?), television (didn't work consistently), doorbell available but not audible. With a few investments in the furniture the apartment could be upgraded.

Beautiful location and lovely apartments. Well maintained. If you get the chance, book the top floor, because then you really have an unobstructed view of the city. Walking distance to station and center. Spent a wonderful autumn holiday.

The apartments are clean just...Quite noisy. We stayed in apartment B1, especially if you sit outside you can hear everyone on the indoor balconies. And the road right in front of the door.There is no reception. difficult to reach Silvia Wahle cannot handle the work... and is completely unreachable by telephone. Which should be the case. Hospitality??After many emails, finally a short rude email return.We were in Winterberg for a week with two people and we had reserved a make-up service. This is calculated for four people, but we had to make these beds ourselves. We sent Silvia an email about this.After our holiday it turned out that we had lost the deposit because a chair was allegedly broken. (without informing us)We are both 60+ and nothing broke during our stay.Unfortunately, the deposit was not returned and after calling and emailing several times without being contacted, Silvia emailed back after three weeks with the message that we received nothing back and a message about damage we allegedly made (without photo).It was a message written as one would have expected from Germany eighty years ago. (We are not used to that from Roompot and Europarcs) Unfortunately, no more winterberg mountain resort for us.Almost four weeks after our stay, we received a warm welcome via Roompot Nederland and still arranged financial compensation. (Many thanks to Roompot NL)From Silvia Wahle After many telephone calls and emails from our side, unfortunately it only resulted in a single short blunt response via email. No service from Silvia..
