We were here with our family and felt very comfortable. Ms. Gabi on site, who takes care of the house, is very nice and helpful.Rental via deheidebloem.de, Ms. Petra, also very nice.5 stars, gladly again.We catered for ourselves, it was great

Today, after a number of years of trying to see if there are possibilities to accommodate a business group here, the hostess called and there was no answer. NL called, very non-business lady on the line. Too bad missed opportunity. Location and surroundings still good. The rest is anyone's guess.

Nice location for an overnight event. Three large rooms with several tables, clean rooms, a little out of the way without having to travel long distances for everything.

The review refers to the front part of the building, the Winterberger Tor.It's clearly outdated and has a lot of renovation work to do, and it's lonely in the middle of nowhere. Many things are broken or simply “out of order”. From the pump system to the elevator, fireplace, internet access, oven, the playground in the yard and so on and so forth: everything cannot be used. The rooms are all carpeted and have seen and experienced too much. Most of the bathrooms urgently need to be renovated. In some ways it's a shame, you could do so much more with relatively little effort, but the cost-cutting craze is everywhere. Paths and steps are unstable but instead of fixing them, a few pylons are simply put up. This is exactly what symbolically runs through it like a red thread. I won't go there again and won't recommend it to anyone.
