Unfortunately I can't report anything about the rooms or location of the hotel.However, I would like to give a positive review for the following reason...We called the hotel out of necessity at 11pm that evening. Unfortunately there was no room available but the lady on the phone was kind enough to try to help us and look for alternatives. Unfortunately, we experienced this differently at other hotels. So thank you again for this positive experience!

Very nice rooms - spacious, bright, warm, modernly furnished. We felt comfortable :)Communication went perfectly! A baby bed and high chair could also be provided.Very tasty breakfast with a large selection.Nice location in the middle of the city so that many things can be reached on foot.We'd love to come back!

We were there for a long weekend with our dog. The apartment and the location (easily accessible to the market square and lake) were very nice.Only recommended.

Very comfortable bed!The suite has everything you need and is extremely comfortable with underfloor heating and a box spring bed! The house is close to the lake and the pretty city center, where you can eat or shop.In summer you can sit on the small terrace.We were very satisfied!

A great accommodation with customer friendly prices. The size of this apartment impressed us all. The children were so happy and wanted to stay much longer. The booking and payment process was so uncomplicated, Ms. Rülander is super friendly. Absolute heart recommendation.

We came from North Rhine-Westphalia for a long weekend at Pentecost. We were very positively surprised. The apartment exceeded the pictures and the descriptions. Even “checking in” using the code was very uncomplicated and enabled flexible arrival. The apartment was very nice and modernly furnished, we had a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with an integrated kitchenette. There was also a large sunny terrace with a beach chair. We were also pleasantly surprised by the breakfast we ordered when we booked. It was very lovingly prepared and was left in the fridge. It was very plentiful with everything you could want. In the morning there were fresh, delicious rolls at the door, including grain rolls and croissants. The breakfast was a real treat and it was plentiful. The house as a whole was very quiet, we didn't hear anything at night, not even from outside. Another advantage was that there was a Greek restaurant right next door, which we went to the next evening. We felt very well looked after and spoiled with plenty of delicious food. The location of the apartment is absolutely close to the center. You were very quickly at the large Eutiner Lake or at the market square. All in all, a magical weekend. We have already stayed in many holiday apartments in Eutin, but in the future we will only go to the Vosshaus. By the way, the hostess is very friendly and helpful.
