I have currently completed a 3-week Kneipp treatment at the St.Josef-Kurhaus and am completely impressed and enthusiastic about this wonderful spa house, the Christian spirit and the friendliness and warm welcome of the Mallersdorf sisters and the entire staff!

The best thing about and in this house: for me and my companion is Sister Tamara. She is competent, loving, hard-working, reliable and attentive.The hotel itself and the rooms are clean. The surroundings are beautiful and you can certainly relax here if the weather cooperates. Swimming pool and sauna are good. Food and service are good. Mr. Delgado is also very concerned about the satisfaction of his guests.What was, is and will remain extremely negative for me: the room in the Franziskus house was very cold for the first two days. The room was not heated in time and the heater did not work properly. The passage to get into Francis' house is also not heated, as are the hallways in the house. The staff certainly tried to find solutions. Unfortunately, some things generally shouldn't happen when you run a hotel business. If you are sick in the house, you cannot expect any support from the staff - but we were charged a thermos flask of tap water for 2 euros. For me, the mission statement is lip service.No walkers are allowed in the dining room. The clientele is predominantly over 70 with various previous illnesses. The increased risk of falling that results from this is probably not important.The billing was wrong once again. Statements like: "It can happen with so many people that all the billing slips get mixed up" is probably true - but not twice! When spoken to, the reception staff became unfriendly and snippy - hence another star deduction.

Our stay wasn't nice. Every morning we were woken up by the sound of a train honking. Except for breakfast, the food was terrible. Only buffet and the food was never hot. Who wants to eat veal ragout for lunch and beef roulade for dinner?The salad buffet was also not satisfactory. If the cook cooked too many vegetables, salads were made with them. Far from healthy raw food. Once there was couscous, the rest appeared for three days. The tomatoes weren't ripe. They tried to compensate for the whole thing with too many sweet dishes.Until now we have always gone to a Felke Hotel for treatment. Clay, water and a healthy whole grain diet did us good.For the first few days after our stay at the Kneipp Hotel, we only ate salads, raw vegetables and vegetarian dishes

Unreservedly recommended. The atmosphere is pleasantly calm and very friendly. The service was attentive and not intrusive. All meals were very tasty and lovingly prepared. My room was very spacious, very clean and quiet. Sufficiently large, warm swimming pool. Attractive wellness with sauna and steam bath. A Christian-run house where people are the focus. I will come back.

For the second time I was able to enjoy a wonderful stay in this beautiful spa house, an invitation from my mother, who has been spending her holidays here for years.There is a heartfelt, very friendly atmosphere throughout the house.The beautiful rooms, the large, well-kept park with old trees, the good, healthy, varied food that always contains fresh herbs and, last but not least, the Christian orientation of this house allow you to forget everyday life and enjoy your stay in this house in a deeply relaxed manner.Thank you very much for that, I'll be happy to come back!

All-round feel-good program, spiritual, body, mind, culinary dishes, cooked and served from the heart. We were invited by our bonus mother (stepmother) and enjoyed the wide range of rooms on offer. We used wellness as well as therapy infusions to feel and experience the Kneipp philosophy on our own bodies. Allowing for a break and rest after the treatment was very beneficial for rejuvenating the mind and body in these fast-paced times.We were also able to use the swimming pool and sauna to relax as a sibling trio.Thank you to everyone who took part this week for the benefit of everyone.

This year I was able to really enjoy my stay in St. Josef, even though Corona rules had to be adhered to. The accommodation, treatments, food and atmosphere were very good. Body and soul were strengthened. I would be happy to come back.
